‘You’re some woman’ say Amy Huberman’s fans as she announces ‘versatile’ career change with ‘pinch me moment’ post

Amy, who is renowned as the wife of former international rugby ace Brian O’Driscoll, is now working closely with winemakers in Spain’s Comunidad Valenciana to create a Sauvignon Blanc and Cava Brut Rosé.

Taking to Instagram today, the mum-of-three revealed she would be releasing a new wine company titled, Ah – which makes up her own initials.

The mum-of-three wrote: “Ah… here! An absolute pinch-me moment to be just days away from launching @ah_wines.

“Ah, a versatile phrase expressing surprise, understanding, pleasure, excitement, wonderment or eureka moments!”

The Finding Joy star added: “The story started over many discussions of all things bubbles.

“Hit me up with a glass of champers any time, but we spoke about how ‘special occasion’ and expensive that can often be. Also talking with friends about how a lot of people can find Prosecco on the sweeter side.

“I’ve always loved cava as a drier, more accessible tipple. Tastes more along the lines of champagne but with a bit more cash leftover. And here we are today, just a few days away from introducing Ah, Cava Brut-Rosé.”

Pointing out a fun feature on her bottles, she continued: “Ah, a beginning. The rest is yours to fill in. We are so excited about our bottle label too, as you can write on it. Very fun when gifting.

“You can write any number of funny, kind, sentimental, obscure sentiments to surprise and/or delight your friends or loved ones with when calling over with a bottle of wine.”

Amy’s new Ah wine has a unique label that allows customers to finish off the title themselves.

The word ‘ah’ is printed at the start, but the bottle writes: “The story is up for grabs. Write it your way. Pens sold separately.”

Amy hilariously shared a short clip to her page which showed herself writing: “Ah, here!”, on the bottle.

The cost of the crisp new wine is expected to range between €17.95 and €24.95.

Amy’s fans all rushed to the comment section to congratulate the star on her latest career endeavour.
