Hulk Hogan is one of the decorated names in the history of professional wrestling. He is credited to revolutionize the industry with his larger-than-life personality, captivating presence and the ability to sell out arenas in the early 1990s for the global juggernaut of wrestling, WWE.
The Hulkster was the first Undisputed face of WWE. He won multiple championships and accolades and main-evented their premier event, WrestleMania, on multiple occasions. In short, no one was as big as Hulkamania, which ran wild during the 1990s.

However, in his rise to superstardom, Hulk Hogan was disliked by many of his peers. His controversial views and comments on world topics in wrestling companies made him one of the most hated individuals in the business of professional wrestling. Here are the top 4 names who have good reason to hate Hulk Hogan:
4. The Undertaker

A name as legendary as Hulk Hogan in the history of WWE is The Undertaker. The Phenom came into the company when Hogan was the reigning top star. In those early years, The Undertaker had developed a hate for Hulkamania for good reason.
In his first year in WWE, The Undertaker was involved in the World title picture, while Hogan was the reigning WWE Champion. During one of their monumental showdown, The Hulkster complained backstage that Taker dropped him too hard on the mat while delivering his finisher, the Tombstone Piledriver.
However, when The Undertaker saw the footage again, he saw that Hulk Hogan’s head was far from the ring mat. After the incident, Undertaker developed a hate for him and was never able to trust him.
3. AJ Styles

AJ Styles is credited to be one of the most remarkable in-ring performers in the world. He was Hulk Hogan’s co-worker in TNA Wrestling during the late 2000s. It was at that time that Styles was not happy with one of the biggest wrestling stars. Styles accused him of not mentioning TNA anywhere outside and felt that Hogan was embarrassed to be a part of the company and disliked him for many years.
2. Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels was called the successor to Hulk Hogan in WWE in the mid-1990s. The duo never collided in the prime of their careers. However, the wait to see both men compete against each other inside the squared circle finally ended in 2005 when they were set to compete in WWE.

Their epic showdown took place at SummerSlam in the main event, where Hogan picked up the win over Michaels. However, Michaels wanted a rematch with him and defeated him in that match, but those negotiations were turned over to Hogan playing a part. This led to Shawn claiming Hogan to be selfish and developed a dislike for the WWE Hall of Famer.
1. Bret Hart

Bret Hart and Hulk Hogan were considered two of the biggest superstars in the wrestling world in the 1990s. However, Bret had been vocal about Hogan’s influence and involvement in backstage politics during his time in WWE and then later in WCW. Bret was not happy with Hogan for using his power to favor himself over the others.
Moreover, The Hitman also accused Hulk Hogan of dodging a huge showdown with him that could have helped him cement himself as his successor in WWE. This led to their relationship deteriorating over the years, and Hart never liked Hogan.
