WEATHER CHANGE
The summery conditions are short lived with the return of “unsettled” weather and rain on Friday.
Weather expert Alan O’Reilly of Carlow Weather took to social media to warn exactly how much rain will fall is “uncertain”.
He said: “In Ireland we have very little rain up to Friday but then we will likely see rain return however how much rain we see over the weekend is uncertain yet with weather models struggling to agree on position of low system that will bring the rain towards us.”
And meteorologist for Met Eireann Joanna Donnelly added: “Turning unsettled from Friday with showers expected to develop in the south at first and becoming widespread later.”
