Watch the moment Married at First Sight Australia grooms CLASH after nasty comment made about wife

DURING tonight’s Married at First Sight Australia instalment, the grooms clashed at the Dinner Party.

Thursday night marked the final MAFS Australia episode of the week, with two of the grooms coming head-to-head as they clashed over their meals.

Ryan Donnelly clashed with Dave Hand over comments he made the night before.

During Intimacy Week, Ryan’s wife Jacqui organised a fantasy date night that he didn’t appreciate.

And he made his views clear when the grooms gathered in the aftermath with clinical sexologist Alessandra Rampolla.

After criticising Jacqui’s fantasy date she had organised the night before, Ryan went on to claim she has “crazy eyes” – a comment that didn’t impress his co-stars.

When the comment was made, Dave and fellow groom Billy Belcher were vocal about how in the wrong they thought Ryan was.

Then, the following night at the Dinner Party, Billy and Dave brought up the “crazy eyes” comment in front of Ryan’s wife Jacqui.

Jacqui laughed the comments off, having seemingly been given the heads up by her husband of what he had said.

But despite Jacqui’s nonchalance, Dave was still fuming and clashed with Ryan in a big way over the table.

“It’s disgusting,” Dave fumed to Ryan about the “crazy eyes” comment.

“I just feel like I don’t speak to women like that and I don’t think anyone should.

“It’s not okay in the end of the day to talk sh** about your wife behind their back, and I took offence to it.”

Ryan then said that he didn’t appreciate everyone “drilling down” on his comments, because he and Jacqui are fine.

“Dave, mate, you’re speaking from ignorance, brother,” Ryan shouted.

Dave then added: “No one here speaks about their partner like that,” before noting how the comment Ryan made left him feeling “uncomfortable”.

Ryan then asked what Dave’s “vendetta” against him was, before Dave simply said that women shouldn’t be spoken about in the way Ryan did.

Reacting to the tense exchange on Reddit, one person said: “Dave thank you for speaking up, but you’re getting too riled up now…..”

Another added: “Bloody tell him Dave x.”

“I’m cringing so hard right now,” said another.

On Wednesday night when the comments were initially made by Ryan and Dave called him out, one person said on Reddit: “The lads are doing good, grassing Ryan up and condemning the fact he used a line that hurt his wife previously.

“Whether she has crazy eyes or not, he’s meant to be her support.”
