for Proposals (RFP) for the construction of the Support Service Building as part of the Replacement
Critical Access Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility project.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seneca Healthcare District (“District”) invites and will receive sealed
Bids up to but not later than 2:00pm on Friday, April 11th, 2025 at the Seneca Healthcare District
Administration Office, located at 199 Reynolds Road, Chester, CA 96020. The RFP is for the furnishing to
the District of all Construction Documents, permits, labor, equipment, materials, tools, services,
transportation, utilities, and all other items necessary for the Seneca Healthcare District Support Service
Building (the “Project”).
This project is a significant step in our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services
to the Chester and Lake Almanor communities. The new Support Service Building will enhance our
capabilities and ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our patients with state-of-the-art facilities.
