The cheaper ticket will still allow more than six hours inside during the summer months[/caption]
The afternoon tickets will start from 1:30pm, with the cheapest ticket being from 3:30pm, which costs £34.
This is cheaper than the current price where day tickets cost £50 for adults or £45 for kids.
With the park open until 10pm during the summer months, it still allows enough time to visit all of the rides.
The tickets will cost the same both. at the gate and online.
Pleasure Beach Resort is one of the few theme parks in the UK to offer half-day tickets.
Pleasure Beach Resort CEO Amanda Thompson OBE, explained: “Most attractions don’t offer partial tickets, but it’s so important to adapt to changing consumer habits.
“Sometimes people want to visit later in the day and we wanted to provide the flexibility to allow them to do that.
“We introduced our new ticketing system to offer great value afternoons and lower price options for people visiting us later in the day.”
The park is currently only open at the weekend, although will extend to include weekdays from April 5.
The theme park was even named one of the best in the world.
The full list, created by theme park website Blooloop, praised its vintage rides.
They said: “What makes the Pleasure Beach of today unique among British parks is its surviving collection of vintage rides.
“These include four wooden roller coasters, Sir Hiram Maxim’s Flying Machine, the River Caves and the Steeplechase, one of many attractions installed under the reign of the late Geoffrey Thompson OBE.
“Some of these are the last remaining types of their kind worldwide.”
It was the only UK theme park to make the list.
Other amazing rides include The Big One, the UK’s tallest coaster which is 235ft tall.
And last year, both the Big Dipper and the Grand National were awarded Rollercoaster Landmark Plaques.
Sadly, five rides at the park will close this year as well, due to a lack of guests using them.
Eddie Stobart Convoy, Alpine Rallye, Thompson Carousel, Gallopers and Red Arrows Skyforce will all close.
The theme park said the closures were already running on “reduced opening times” and that they had the “lowest throughput”.
They said in a statement online: “After a great deal of thought, it was clear to us that the right decision is to make changes which will allow us to reinvest into a bigger and better future.”
We’ve also rounded up some other amazing seaside theme parks in the UK.
