In a complex legal battle, music mogul P Diddy and Maui Police Chief John Pelletier faced allegations of s*xual assault, impersonation, and cover-up. NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski are also among those accused of the crimes. The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham, alleges a series of events dating back to 2018, bringing severe accusations against prominent figures to light.

Parham has claimed that Pelletier was working as security for P Diddy at the time when P Diddy and his associates gangr*ped her. Parham also claims that she was set up by Sean Pearce, a mutual associate of P Diddy, after making a comment insinuating his involvement in 2Pac’s m*rder. Did P Diddy punish Parham because of the claims she made? Let’s find out.
A comment linking P Diddy to 2Pac’s murder
Ashley Parham’s allegations dated back to an incident in 2018 when she was s*xually assaulted by P Diddy and his associates. According to the details of the lawsuit, Parham encountered Pearce in a bar where he video-called P Diddy to impress her. During the call, she remarked on P Diddy’s involvement in 2Pac’s m*rder, which he overheard and allegedly responded that Parham would “pay” for her words.

A month later, Parham visited Pearce’s residence to help him with his cancer medication. During this time, P Diddy arrived with his associates, Beckham Jr. and Druski. Parham also asserted that P Diddy threatened her with a knife, after which they participated in the assault (via People).
Alleged cover-up by Maui Police Chief John Pelletier

Amidst the lawsuit allegations against P Diddy and his associates, another name has been involved, Police Chief John Pelletier, who was a police captain in Las Vegas at the time of the incident. Parham affirms that after escaping Pearce’s home, she encountered Pelletier, who was allegedly posing as a Contra Costa sheriff’s deputy. She also claims that Pelletier dismissed her pleas for assistance, failed to provide her any medical aid, and possibly bribed a neighbor to suppress the incident.
In response to these allegations, Pelletier tells TMZ,
I have no connections whatsoever to any individuals named in the lawsuit. The allegations suggesting his involvement are entirely unfounded. I am confident that the evidence will demonstrate these claims to be false and will expose those who are deliberately trying to manipulate the legal system to spread misleading narratives.
Denying the allegations, Pelletier also highlighted his contributions and commitment to community safety and the special role he played as the champion of the Stay S.A.F.E. program dedicated to sexual assault prevention.
Denials of the accusations and legal proceedings

All the accused in this lawsuit have denied any involvement in the allegations. They have been vocal about it in their social media posts. Odell Beckham Jr. expressed his disbelief and labelled the accusation as ‘stupid’.
