Lucky Irish punter bags huge sum after matching five numbers with bonus – but narrowly misses out on jackpot


ONE Irish lucky punter has bagged a life-changing sum in tonight’s Lotto draw.

The player managed to match five numbers along with the bonus number in the Lotto draw.

The lucky winner bagged €123,101.

The winning numbers in the Lotto draw were: 14, 20, 26, 30, 31 and 40.

The bonus number drawn was 37.

There was no winner of the Lotto jackpot of €3,706,695.

In total, over 78,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus in tonight’s draw.

The Lotto Plus One jackpot totalling €1,000,000 was not claimed this week.

The winning numbers in the Lotto Plus One draw were: 16, 19, 21, 23, 28 and 43.

And the bonus number drawn was 15.

There was no winner of the top prize totalling €250,000.

The numbers drawn for Lotto Plus Two were: 1, 18, 30, 31, 34 and 45, while the bonus was 8.


The raffle number drawn tonight was 5467.

There were 75 winners of the Raffle Prize with each receiving €500.

Bosses are now urging all players in to check their tickets carefully.

The winning player should contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to arrange the collection of your prize.

LIFE-CHANGING EURODRAMS TICKET

This comes after Lotto bosses revealed the lucky store that sold a life-changing EuroDreams ticket.

Maxol Garage in Donabate, Co Dublin, sold Ireland’s first winning high-tier EuroDreams ticket of 2025.

The fantastic prize is worth €2,000 per month for the next five years, meaning the winner gets to bag up to €120,000.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of Thursday’s draw from the garage.

The winning numbers in the draw were: 16, 23, 25, 37, 38, 40 and the Dream number was 5.

Donabate store manager, Patrick Pnadwskna, said: “The team at Maxol, Turvey, Donabate are thrilled with today’s announcement that our store has sold Ireland’s first high tier EuroDreams winning tickets of 2025!

“I’d like to thank our amazing team here at Maxol, Turvey, Donabate, for their dedication and hard work serving our loyal customers.

“We wish the very best for the winner and hope it brings them every happiness and success in the future!”

Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson, said: “Ireland’s first EuroDreams win of 2025 has landed in Donabate, Co. Dublin.

“This is a life-enhancing prize for our latest National Lottery winner, which will be paid in monthly tax-free payments of €2,000 over five years.”

The winner has been urged to check their clips carefully, sign them immediately and keep them safe if it’s the winning ticket.
