IRISH singer Cian Ducrot has hit back at trolls after receiving backlash online.
The Grammy Award-winning artist released his new single Little Dreaming yesterday.

Ducrot, 27, rose to fame with the release of his single, All For You, which gained popularity on TikTok and reached number two in the Irish Singles Chart in 2022.
The Cork native later brought out his debut studio album Victory in 2023 and it reached number one in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
The 27-year-old has now released his brand new single Little Dreaming.
Ducrot performed the new tune on last night’s Late Late show, which has sparked mixed reactions from listeners, with some taking to social media to voice their opinions.
When announcing the release of his new track, Cian shared a thread of the hate comments he had received.
The first one read: “He’s f***ing everywhere…”
The singer responded to the comment saying: “It’s called being FAMOUS BABY.”
Another comment said, “Lose the shirt horrible,” to which Cian responded, “I can smell your crack from here Ducie… take a shower”.
A third listener wrote: “Lovely timbre to his voice – over singing this though – just sing it lad, be great as it’s meant to be without the warbling.”
Ducrot hit back and said: “Any other singing tips?”
The singer-songwriter ended the post with a snippet of him singing Little Dreaming.
He captioned his post: “Little Dreaming out now!!! Be yourself and enjoy the haters!”
Cian’s fans and friends all flocked to the comment section to show their support.
One fan wrote: “Who cares about the haters?! I found a very interesting quote today: What they hate in you, is missing in them. Keep shining! Love your work!”
Max wrote: “Jealousy is a really strange emotion. Keep doing you man.”
Grace said: “Iconic behaviour.”
Another added: “You know you’ve made it when…”
TOP SHOW
While on RTE’s Late Late Show last night, Cian opened up about his “surprise” Grammy win and an intimate after-party he attended.
The 27-year-old dazzled the crowd by performing his new single, Little Dreaming.
After his enchanting performance, Cian sat down to catch up with Kielty since winning his Grammy and singing the anthems at the Six Nations.
The I’ll Be Waiting singer picked up a golden gramophone for his work co-writing SZA’s song, Saturn.
And Cian opened up about one of the major benefits that came with his Grammy win.
He said: “To my surprise, I went to Bruno Mars’ after party and that sounds like such a flex, because I don’t think anyone here has been to Bruno Mars’ after party.
“A friend of mine texted me in the middle of the ceremony and he was like congratulations, ‘Do you want to go to Bruno’s after party?’ and at that Bruno was like 10 meters away.
“I’m like, ‘I assume he means Bruno Mars’, so I’m going to say yes, obviously. And then we went and there was a DJ playing and like 100 people.”
