The TV beauty found love with Formula E driver Sam Bird last summer and things are going from strength to strength.
A source told The Sun: “Jess has put her two bed flat in Surrey on the market because she’s moving in with Sam in Bournemouth.
“He’s got a lovely house by the coast and they have decided Jess should officially move in.
“She loves spending time there and things with Sam are really great.
“This could be her new forever home.”
The Sun has reached out to Jess’ rep for comment.
The actress — who starred in BBC drama Strike — has been sharing a string of loved-up snaps with her new man Sam on social media.
He is currently driving for NEOM McLaren in Formula E – and is one of the most successful drivers on the grid, claiming 11 wins, 26 podium places and 6 Pole Positions over the course of nine seasons.
He’s certainly put a smile back on Jess’ face after her nightmare split from Jermaine.
Jess opened up last year about their failed two year romance, saying: “I wouldn’t tolerate that again.”
The Sun on Sunday revealed Jess ended things after she found he had been sending racy texts to other women.
Friends had also told her he had spent the night with a dominatrix while on a raucous stag do in Ibiza- three months before she was diagnosed with lupus from stress.
HEALTH WOES
The Big Brother star discovered she had lupus and feared it was caused by her breast implants, and so she got them removed.
But then she found out the cause was in fact stress related.
Jess said: “So when I was getting sick, I thought it was my implants making me ill, and I’ve always had fake boobs since I was 18, because I’m so flat-chested and I was really, really insecure about it.
“When I got sick I had them removed because I thought it was that, but I don’t think it was them now. I think it was the chronic stress of some other things going on.
“I had them removed and I’ve been very insecure and shy about that, and trying to hide.”
Heartbroken Jess had undergone IVF treatment to start a family with Jermaine, but she failed to get pregnant.
Speaking on TV psychic Sally Morgan’s That’s Afterlife! podcast, Jess said of her relationship to Jermaine ending: “I think you learn lessons, don’t you, and I don’t think I’d ever tolerate anything remotely like that again.
“So maybe it was necessary so that, for my future, I don’t have anything like that ever again.”
