The dad-of-three, who has three children with Christine, has owned the property for five years.
Top Gear star Paddy, 51, is now hoping to make an impressive profit of £4.4million if the house goes for the asking price.
Located in a wealthy part of Cheshire, estate agent photos have given fans a sneak peek inside the gorgeous house.
Decorated in neutral colours, the property boasts sweeping marble floors and a mega kitchen, complete with island.
There are also several lounge areas to choose from, currently furnished with massive plump sofas.
Upstairs, the house has seven bedrooms and six of them have luxury en suite bathrooms.
There are walk-in wardrobes and a very grand landing with fancy drop lights.
And if the new owners have children, then they are in luck.
One of the rooms of the mansion is currently kitted out as a playroom with its very own soft play area.
The brightly-coloured structure features a yellow tunnel slide, climbing ramps and even a ball pool.
There is a gym for the older members of the household too.
Over the years, 36-year-old Christine in particular has filmed herself for social media while working out in the room.
It currently has a large selection of black exercise equipment, a television and even a giant black tape measure painted on the floor.
Outside, there is ample parking for a fleet of cars and, around the back, the garden has a huge patio terrace and the rest is laid to lawn.
The property also has its own indoor swimming pool for cooler days.

Estate agents have described the huge home as “tailor made for hosting family and friends”.
Paddy and Christine spent several happy years in the property with their three children, twins Leo and Penelope, 11, and eight-year-old Felicity.
It was purchased for £2.1million in 2020.
The pair spent a hefty sum renovating it to their taste but have now decided it is time to sell up.
The couple announced their separation in 2022, with their divorce being finalised last year.
