Helldivers 2 has been a massive success since its release back in February of 2024. The game made by Arrowhead Studios features the most immersive experience of how an intergalactic war feels like with hordes of alien and robotic enemies coming your way for revenge. You feel like a war hero when you play the game with your friends and clear waves of bugs to keep your federation safe.
Helldivers 2 uses a wide array of currencies in their game and the most common one among those currencies is known as the requisition slips. Requisition slips can be identified by their small yellow icon that has a ‘R’ printed on it. These slips are useful in buying stratagems which refer to the wide variety of weapons and war materials that Helldivers can call during each mission.
These requisition slips are the most common and easy-to-find currency in the game. The slips are spread all around Helldivers 2 and can easily be found in minor places of interest like inside pods, or bunkers. Although acquiring these slips is fairly easy and can be done by completing simple missions, players have found a pretty good way to farm the currency, and here is how you can do it as well.
How to Get Requisition Slips Easily in Helldivers 2.
The absolute best possible way to farm requisition slips is to part take in Eradication missions. These missions are characterized by high enemy density and focus on eliminating a large number of adversaries. In the mission, you will be placed in a designated area where enemies spawn very closely or even just on top of them.
Completing an Eradication mission with the highest difficulty can take around 5-6 minutes and you’ll be awarded close to 900 XP and almost 4100 requisition slips in each mission. To farm properly you must have ‘3 – medium’ difficulty unlocked and various stratagems like the RS-422 Railgun, SH-32 Shield Generator Pack, A/M-12 Mortar Sentry, and A/M-23 EMS Mortar Sentry which will help in maximizing the rewards.
This strategy is currently kind of ineffective considering the developers have severely raised the difficulty in Eradication missions. Before, players only needed to kill around 185 bots in an Automaton planet but now Arrowhead has increased the enemy numbers to 500 which makes it insanely difficult. Although the strategy is kind of cooked right now, you can still get a reasonable amount of requisition slips if you lower the difficulty.
Requisition slips are an essential resource in Helldivers 2 which lets you buy powerful and important stratagems that can change the entire outlook of the battle you’re against. While the Eradication strategy of farming remains the most efficient way to get requisition slips, the increased difficulty has made getting those slips much more challenging.
We are yet to see whether players will adapt to these changes or seek alternative farming methods in the future, but one thing we are sure of is that resource management will continue to be the key to sustaining a fight.
