Reform MP Rupert Lowe said: ‘If you come here and commit serious crimes, you should be on the next plane home in cuffs’[/caption]

He lied about having no family in Africa while his complex love life involved having two children in an on-off relationship with an Albanian migrant.

Yet he was allowed to stay in 2011 by invoking his right to family life under European conventions, with judges giving him a chance to turn his life around.

But within three years he was jailed over his sexual affair with the teenager and served more time for wounding, carrying an imitation gun and having a knife.

Immigration judges have now finally agreed to return him to his native Zimbabwe, saying: “His right to respect for his family is extremely heavily outweighed in this case by the need to protect the public from his likely very serious continued criminality.”

His life of crime began shortly after he arrived in Yorkshire as a dependant of his mother’s in 2006.

The charge sheet included burglary, stealing a car, affray and carrying a knife.

While in jail he was told he would be deported — but had become a father and the threat was lifted.

His later sex and other crimes meant he was jailed for 8½ of his 18 years in the UK.

Reform MP Rupert Lowe said: “If you come here and commit serious crimes, you should be on the next plane home in cuffs.”

The Home Office said: “We remain resolute in our commitment to ensuring there are no barriers to deporting criminals.”

Trump demands ‘ANYTHING we can get’ from Ukraine as he pledges to see ‘if gold is still in Fort Knox’ with Elon Musk

DONALD Trump has demanded “anything we can get” from Ukraine in a marquee speech to his adoring fans.

The Republican also pledged to find out whether tonnes of gold bars are still inside Fort Knox with his pal Elon Musk.

Zelensky is reportedly not ready to sign the ‘problematic’ minerals deal with the US[/caption]

Trump made the remarks demanding oil and rare earth minerals at a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday as his row with President Volodymyr Zelensky rumbles on.

He said: “I’m dealing with President Zelensky. I’m dealing with President Putin and I’m trying to get the money back or secured.”

The President said that the US has given $350 billion in aid to the war-torn nation while Europe has given $100 billion.

He said: “Europe gave it in the form of a loan, they get their money back.

“We gave it in the form of nothing so I want them to give us something for all of the money that we put up.

“We’re asking for rare earth, oil, anything we can get.”

The president then slammed his predecessor Joe Biden for failing to “get equalisation” with Europe regarding aid as he said the war “does not affect us” like it does the continent.

“How come we went so far out front and he didn’t know that Europe gets its money back? It’s not fair.”

But the President says he believes he is “pretty close to a deal” despite a source telling Sky News that Zelensky is not ready to sign a “problematic” minerals deal with the US.

The deal proposed by Trump’s team would see Kyiv hand over billions of dollars of minerals to Washington DC in exchange for weapons.

The Ukrainian source said: “The agreement is not yet ready to be signed, there are a number of problematic issues, and in the current form of the draft, the president is not ready to accept it.

“Today, the drafts do not reflect a partnership in the agreement and contain only unilateral commitments by Ukraine.”

As the split between the US and Ukraine continues to widen after Trump branded Zelensky a “dictator”, Kyiv has held “productive” talks with US envoy General Keith Kellogg about the deal.

Kellogg has been seen as the mediator between Zelensky and the furious stance of the Trump White House.

During his CPAC speech, the President also said he and pal Elon Musk are planning a trip to Fort Knox in Kentucky to check on the country’s gold.

He said: “Under our administration there will be no tolerance for social security fraud…We’re also going to Fort Knox.

“I’m going to go with Elon,” he said as he called out the “corrupt people in the country.

“We want to see if the gold is still there,” he said as he joked about the reactions of onlookers if they opened it and found nothing there.

Trump praised Musk’s work with the Department of Government Efficiency that he said is “waging a war on government waste, fraud, and abuse.”

“Elon is doing a great job. We love Elon don’t we?

“He’s a patriot – people said ‘What official position does he have?’ I said ‘Patriot.’”

Man Utd got lucky against Everton after major VAR blunder meant referee saw WRONG footage of Everton penalty claim

FORMER Premier League whistler Mark Halsey has branded VAR “embarrassing” following Everton’s 2-2 draw with Manchester United.

The Toffees were denied a last-gasp penalty after a controversial VAR intervention on Saturday afternoon.

Ex-referee Mark Halsey has slammed VAR for the mistake[/caption]

Ashley Young went down in the box following a shirt pull from Matthijs De Ligt, with referee Andy Madley initially pointing to the spot.

VAR Matt Donohue recommended Madley review his decision – before the WRONG footage was shown on the pitchside monitor.

Former Prem ref Halsey told SunSport: “The decision to overturn a penalty awarded to Everton near the end of their 2-2 draw with Manchester United was clearly wrong.

“VAR Matt Donohue should NOT have got involved because referee Andy Madley’s on-field call was in no way a clear and obvious error.

“Ashley Young’s shirt was pulled – and when an opponent does that in the penalty area he is asking for trouble.

“When Madley went to the monitor on the advice of VAR he was then shown the wrong footage.

“The Premier League Match Centre posted on social media that Harry Maguire’s challenge on Young had been checked and that no foul had been committed.

“But they failed to take into account that Matthijs de Ligt had pulled Young back by the shirt.

“And had Madley been shown footage filmed from behind the goal he would have seen this.

“The incident was embarrassing.”

Everton led 2-0 at half-time thanks to goals by Beto and Abdoulaye Doucoure.

But United fought back after the break and levelled through Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte.

Relieved Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim claimed the decision not to award a penalty was fair.

Amorim said: “No, I think it’s a soft touch, it was not [a penalty] from what I saw.

“I think it was a soft penalty, that was clear.

“If you start the game without the first half, it was a good point, but we needed the three points.”

The VAR footage centered on Harry Maguire impeding Ashley Young, rather than focusing on Mattjis De Ligt’s shirt pull

But fuming Everton manager David Moyes hit out at the officials after his side were denied back-to-back Premier League wins.

Moyes fumed: “I can’t understand. [De Ligt] pulled his jersey.

“I just thought the referee made the correct decision at the time and he should stick with it.

“I think everybody who watches football, we’re all looking forward to seeing a referee saying ‘No, no I’m sticking with it’.

‘If it’s absolutely clear and obvious that’s what we’ve got VAR for, but I didn’t think it needed to get involved.

Riyadh’s bill has been dubbed as the greatest in boxing history, with Callum Smith handing Josh Buatsi the first pro LOSS of his career.

Zhilei Zhang was then stopped by Agit Kabayel, before Joseph Parker faced late-replacement Martin Bakole after Daniel Dubois‘ late withdrawal.

Joshua joined a star-studded list of boxers watching among Saudi’s elite.

But the 35-year-old didn’t leave fans with much to go on when he was quizzed on his future.

On what’s next, AJ said: “More fights, this is my life, this is what I do.

“Right now I sit outside and I watch and then I’ll make my return one day.

“Right right I sit back as a fan and watch the great people in the sport I love.”

AJ’s ambiguous words were not the usual tough-talking messages the public typically hear from active boxers.

Instead of calling opponents out and showing an urgency to return to the ring, AJ hinted that his next fight isn’t coming any time soon.

The Watford boxer didn’t indicate a close return and made it sound like it could perhaps happen in the distance future.

Many – including promoter Eddie Hearn – had hopes that Tyson Fury will overturn his retirement and fight AJ.

Fans are convinced that Tyson, 36, will come out of retirement to fight again.

A blockbuster all-British bout against AJ has been long in the making.

Fury has announced his retirement five times in total, with his last hiatus from the ring in 2022.

AJ was spotted chatting closely with unified heavyweight champ Oleksandr Usyk ringside tonight.
