They were surrounded by friends and family, with pastries including muffins with blue frosting supplied as catering on the day.

Elaine – who announced her pregnancy back in January – shared a host of photos from the emotional day, calling it: “Perfect perfect perfect ✨💙

The comments were full of well-wishers celebrating their impending parenthood.

Julie said: “Fantastic photos 🥰 you look stunning 🤗 great excitement 💙

Maria Porter said: “Thanks so much for such a lovely day ❤❤ The future Master P is going to be so so lucky to have you both as parents.”

A third follower said: “you are glowing oh my god 💘

Leonie said: “Gorgeous. Wishing you the very best of luck from one mama-to-be to anyother 💙

Tara commented: “What a gorgeous day 🫶🏼 The countdown is on 👶🏻💙

Emma posted: “Oh you look beautiful ❤❤❤

They had preceded the Mother’s Day celebrations with a “babymoon” trip to Adare Manor a couple of weeks ago.

The resort is owned by JP McManus – the Irish billionaire owner of Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Inothewayurthinkin.

Adare Manor is also the host of the Horizon Irish Open.

This explains why, in a host of pics shared to Instagram by Elaine, one featured a cappuccino with custom golfing chocolate dusting.

And there were several photos of Elaine proudly boasting her baby bump.

Just last year, Elaine had revealed that she had experienced miscarriage heartbreak.

She was responding to US Vice President JD Vance‘s vile 2021 claim that the Democratic Party was run by “childless cat ladies”.

Taking to Instagram, she said: “As someone who has experienced a miscarriage this is absolutely disgusting, women are SO much more than their ability to give birth. Vile.”

In a follow-up post she thanked everyone who reached out to show sympathy and solidarity for sharing such a harrowing ordeal in order to underline her point that men such as Vance should have no say in what women choose to do around pregnancy and abortion.

She said: “Thank you for so much love on my story.

“Sharing that I’ve had a miscarriage is absolutely never something I thought I’d share on my Instagram.

“But I thought it was so important to speak out against small-minded men who think they have a say on women’s bodies and choices.

“So many messages coming through of people in similar positions and I’m so sorry to anyone who has experienced the same, sending love.”

‘SO PROUD’

The revelation sparked widespread support from fans, with rugby star husband Andrew paying tribute a few days later.

He said: “So proud of my wife @elainecporter for being so open about our recent miscarriage.

“Her braveness and strength through these tough last few weeks has astounded me.

“Not something I would usually share on this platform about our private life. But as we now know it is something very common and affects so many people.

“Certain life events like this are distressing and can have huge toll on mental health. But we are staying positive for what lies ahead in our future together.

“For anyone else going through this, remember you are not alone and things will get better.”

Punter wins life-changing sum from ‘spectacular’ £15 bet as heartbroken bookies admit: ‘They cleaned up’

A RACING punter was celebrating landing a life-changing winner from a £15 bet as heartbroken bookies admitted: “They cleaned up.”

The astonishing double attack came on the opening day of the Flat at Doncaster and Kempton last weekend.

Often a minefield for punters, this bettor made sure it was a day to remember after backing the same four horses twice in two separate bets.

And their decision to opt in to best odds guaranteed meant they pocketed enough in additional cash to put down a house deposit.

The staggering double bet started in dramatic fashion when Godwinson got his head down just in time to land the Lincoln handicap, the feature race of the day.

The finish was so close between William Haggas’ winner and George Boughey’s 22-1 runner-up Oliver Show that the Sky Sports Racing commentary initially called the wrong result.

It went to a photo and Godwinson was declared the victor at odds of 15-2.

Just over an hour later at Donny it was the turn of Destinado to win at 22-1.

The victory was made all the sweeter by the fact the punter backed the horse at 18s but benefitted massively from the drift.

It was over to Kempton then where Habooba claimed the 5pm before the almighty punt was landed for good by Run Of Luck in the lucky last.

Backed at 7-1, the Ed de Giles-trained runner had drifted to 9s before the off but won the 1m2f Class 5 handicap by a length.

The punter’s 50p eeach way Yankee returned a massive £19.191.03.

But their £2 each way accumulator was the true money-spinner, netting a gigantic £55,977.52.

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “The Flat season certainly began with a bang for one punter as they cleaned up on the racing from Doncaster and Kempton.

“And because they had opted in to best odds guaranteed, it gave them an extra £25,000, taking the total to just over £75,000.

“It looked as though the wager hadn’t even got off the ground in the Lincoln, but Godwinson’s head was down at just the right time and that got things rolling, with the fittingly named Run Of Luck bringing home the bacon with a win in the last from Doncaster to bag a huge return from just a £15 stake.”

This is the second time in little over a week bookies have been smashed by a shrewd punter.

One person’s £20 punt on the all weather at Southwell returned a colossal figure as Ladbrokes were left dumbfounded by ‘one of the best bets in years‘.

While William Hill suffered yet more misery on Saturday when one punter landed more than £35,000 from a 96p five-fold each way Canadian bet.

The total outlay of just under £50 returned the huge sum thanks to five winners at Gulfstream Park in the US.

Inside Britain’s Got Talent star Cornel Hrisca-Munn’s TV past after ‘inspirational’ audition on ITV show

BRITAIN’S Got Talent star Cornel Hrisca-Munn has a huge TV past after his ‘inspirational’ audition on the ITV talent show.

The 33-year-old wowed the judges and the audience with his Robbie Williams drumming solo on the ITV talent show.

He was given a huge gong at the Pride Of Britain Awards in 2004[/caption]

He then had the audience on their feet as he drummed along to September by Earth, Wind and Fire on the long-running variety programme.

Cornel was originally born in Romania and was abandoned in an orphanage before he was brought to the UK.

He overcame severe disabilities since his birth before the humanitarian couple, Ken and Doreen Munn became his adoptive parents.

But it turns out that Britain’s Got Talent is not his first foray into the world of television.

In 2004 he appeared on stage at just 11-years-old at The Pride Of Britain Awards.

Eighteen years ago, he received the Child of Courage Award after swimming 1,000 metres in just 45 minutes.

In an exceptional achievement, he raised £4,050 for the Limbless Association Ali Fund.

At the time, he confessed that his idol was football legend Ruud van Nistelrooy.

The former Manchester United striker presented him with the award as he declared: “I think you deserve it a lot.

Adding: “Well done, you’re incredible!”

Cornel also expressed solidarity with Ali Abbas, an orphan child who was severely injured in the Iraq War, and left without arms himself.

The young lad admitted that he was the inspiration behind his highly publicised sponsored swim.

He explained: “Because I have no arms myself I sort of had a feeling of what he was going through, although it was worse for him as he had arms before,”

This was as he wanted to help other children who have been impacted by conflict abroad.

Britain's Got Talent's biggest 'fix' rows

Britain's Got Talent has been plagued with 'fix' rows over the years. How many of these do you remember?

Jasmine Elcock – 2016: Teenage singer Jasmine Elcock stunned the nation with her version of Cher’s Believe. But it then transpired she had already performed professionally in London’s West End. Jasmine, 14, admitted: “I’ve performed in Annie in the West End at about the age of nine or 10, but I really get nervous.”

IrShad Shaikh – 2017: BGT fans were left questioning the rule book when IrShad Shaikh auditioned. He got four red buzzers from the judges, which would usually mean an instant dismissal. Yet in a strange turn of events, they let him continue with his act…and put him through to the next round.

Colin Thackery – 2019: Elderly war veteran Colin won BGT in 2019, but there was an outcry over the final. He warbled his place to win with a version of We’ll Meet Again but fans were furious that escapologist Jonathan Goodwin didn’t even rank in the top three. Viewers felt Jonathan – who almost suffocated while being buried alive in a gravel pit – should have won.

Axel Blake – 2022: Comedian Axel Blake was given a Golden Buzzer in 2022 after making the judges laugh. But fans were fuming when they discovered Axel already had a show on worldwide streaming platform Amazon Prime. Despite this, Axel still went on to win the series.

Loren Allred – 2022: The 2022 series of BGT was hit with another controversy when singer Loren Allred also received a Golden Buzzer. She performed Never Enough from the smash hit musical movie The Greatest Showman and got a standing ovation. It later transpired Loren was actually the original voice behind the track.

Taryn Charles – 2024: Singer Taryn Charles is one of this year’s hopefuls lucky enough to receive the Golden Buzzer. Bruno Tonilio put her straight through to the semi-finals following her performance of (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin, but it has now come to light that she is no stranger to TV. Viewers recognised Taryn from an episode of ITV1’s Starstruck, where she impersonated Whitney Houston for judges Olly Murs, Sheridan SmithAdam Lambert and Beverley Knight.

But he recently opened up on his incredible audition experience in Blackpool.

He told The Mirror: “I’ve never had anyone tell me I can’t do it.

“I usually give it a go independently before anyone has a chance to. I’m so grateful to my adoptive parents who raised me.

“I think I surprised them along the way, they never stood in my way, they gave me opportunities to try things and give things a go.”

After 18 Years, I’m Finally Convinced How Flawed J.K. Rowling’s ‘Sorting Hat’ Really Was for Not Putting Dumbledore in Slytherin

I went through the Sorting Hat quiz on the official Harry Potter site and put myself through the anxiety-inducing process, which later pronounced me a Gryffindor. Now, although I’m proud of my Hogwarts house, I can’t help but officially join the ‘Sorting Hat Conspiracy Club’ over Dumbledore’s Hogwarts house.  I know we’re both Gryffindor, but […]
