Love Island’s Laura Anderson reveals career change bid and secret talks to launch plan
LOVE Island star Laura Anderson is planning a series of children’s books — inspired by her own toddler daughter.
The 2018 reality show runner-up is in talks with an illustrator as she writes her tale for one-year-old Bonnie.

Former Capital Radio host Laura, 35, said: “I would love to write a children’s book. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while.
“I have a few stories lined up. They’ll all be based on Bonnie and her childhood.
“It will be based on her milestones growing up such as her first time at the dentist and first day at school.
“I’ve been in talks with an illustrator. We’ve been chatting about how I’d like the drawings to be and what style they’ll be.
The Love Island star and ex-boyfriend, Gary Lucy, welcomed the adorable youngster to the world in September 2023.
Laura said that the tot would rather reach for a book before grabbing her iPad.
She added: “The books will be a lovely moment for us to share when she’s grown up – I have lots of ideas.
“Bonnie loves reading too; she has a big bookshelf and loves her books.”
Laura is now in a happy couple with Dundee football hunk Clark Robertson, 31.
We previously revealed that Clark is planning for life after footie with telly beauty Laura.
Meanwhile the sportsman and little Bonnie have already formed a tight bond.
Mum-of-one Laura said: “It’s great having an extra set of hands around to help with Bonnie – Clark is great with her.
“We’ve not moved in together yet and because of the distance, we probably only see each other once a week.
“Things are going well and he’s met my mum – she’s chuffed that I’ve found a good Scottish boy.”

Laura shot to fame as a contestant on racy ITV dating show Love Island in 2018.
