DISGRACED Norwegian royal Marius Borg Høiby has been accused of raping a fifth woman after he was released from custody for reportedly assaulting his girlfriend.
The 28-year-old stepson of Crown Prince Haakon is at the centre of a growing rape probe, as cops also investigate damning footage allegedly showing him having sex with unconscious TV star Linni Meister.

After being first arrested August 4, he has since been charged with a slew of offences, including two rapes, which he denies.
And now a new case of “rape without intercourse” has emerged, said to have happened late last year after Høiby was already facing a string of abuse charges.
Local outlet Aftenposten reported that the latest accuser, a woman in her 20s, has been questioned by police “several times”.
High-profile lawyer John Christian Elden said: “I can confirm that I have been appointed as a legal aid lawyer for a woman in her 20s.
“Beyond that, I have no comment on the case.”
Sources told Norwegian broadcaster TV2 the alleged incident happened four months ago at a hotel in Oslo.
The woman reportedly filed her complaint in February.
Høiby has been spotted in Copenhagen looking almost unrecognisable with dyed brown hair, grown out from his natural blonde.
The royal was seen wearing sunglasses, a hoodie, and a printed jacket while strolling through the Danish capital.
He has reportedly spent time in London rehab clinics since his first arrest back on August 4, when his then-girlfriend Rebecca Helberg Arntsen was left in hospital after a violent row, the Daily Mail reports.
A week after his arrest, he released a statement via his lawyer, saying he suffers from “several mental disorders” and has “struggled with substance abuse for a long time”.
It read: “Last weekend something happened that should never have happened. I committed bodily harm and destroyed objects in an apartment in the intoxication of alcohol and cocaine after an argument.
“I have several mental disorders which mean that throughout my upbringing and adult life, I have had, and still have, challenges.
“I have struggled with substance abuse for a long time, something I have been in treatment for in the past.
“The drug use and my diagnoses do not excuse what happened in the apartment at Frogner on the night of Sunday last weekend. I want to be responsible for what I have done, and will explain myself truthfully to the police.
“For me, the most important thing is to say sorry to my girlfriend. She deserved neither what happened that night, nor the extreme pressure from both the Norwegian and foreign press afterwards.”
But Arntsen’s legal team has denied they were in a relationship.

The now-snowballing investigation into Høiby includes two rape allegations, three sexual assault probes, and a chilling list of other alleged crimes – including reckless behaviour, violating restraining orders, tampering with evidence, and bodily harm.
He has previously pleaded guilty to “reckless conduct, damage, threats, bodily harm and a death threat” — but denies all other charges.
TV star Linni Meister, 39, is among the women at the centre of the explosive case.
She claims she was raped while unconscious at one of Høiby’s wild “Skaugum Festival” parties in the basement of Skaugum Castle in 2018 — while his stepfather Crown Prince Haakon reportedly slept upstairs.
Police say they discovered footage and over ten photos of the alleged incident on Høiby’s laptop.
Linni, who says she had no memory of the incident, was shown the evidence at Oslo police station. She later took to Snapchat to confirm the report: “It is true.”
She wrote: “I will not comment on it, other than that it is true. Mostly to protect myself and my family, and because I really feel for the person’s family. This has to end and we can’t have this anymore, or more victims, so I really hope the person gets serious help.”
Her lawyer, John Christian Elden, told Se og Hør: “In a crime of this kind, this is highly unusual, and it is also rare that a suspect really benefits from it. But of course it is his right. He can refuse to testify.”
Norwegian media previously reported that one of the Skaugum parties got “completely out of hand”, with criminal associates—some linked to motorcycle gangs—burgling the royal home afterwards and trying to flog silverware at an auction house.

Høiby is also accused of making a slapping gesture in a shocking clip unearthed by investigators, where he allegedly demonstrates how he “broke up” with an ex.
The video was reportedly shared among a group of around 50 people in his inner circle.
He was arrested again in September for breaching a restraining order, and in November on fresh rape charges.
He was banned from having visitors or receiving letters while in custody over fears he might tamper with evidence.
Høiby’s lawyer Ellen Holager Andenæs said: “I have no knowledge of this and therefore have no comments to give.”
Another lawyer, Bratlien, added that his client is “innocent” and opposed to preventive detention.
“We consider that promising,” he said after judges rejected police requests for extended custody.
Marius was raised by Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Haakon alongside their two royal children, Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Prince Sverre Magnus—but unlike them, he holds no official title or royal duties.
The case has rocked the Norwegian royal family and sparked nationwide outrage as fresh allegations continue to surface.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
Domestic abuse - how to get help
DOMESTIC abuse can affect anyone - including men - and does not always involve physical violence.
Here are some signs that you could be in an abusive relationship:
Emotional abuse – Including being belittled, blamed for the abuse – gaslighting – being isolated from family and friends, having no control over your finances, what you where and who you speak to
Threats and intimidation – Some partners might threaten to kill or hurt you, destroy your belongings, stalk or harass you
Physical abuse – This can range from slapping or hitting to being shoved over, choked or bitten.
Sexual abuse – Being touched in a way you do not want to be touched, hurt during sex, pressured into sex or forced to have sex when you do not consent.
