Baz and Tanja, who have been together since they met on a night out in 2006, have also welcomed two granddaughters in the past three years.

The radio presenter shares a close relationship with all six children and regards family as “the most important thing in his life”.

The 49-year-old recently wrote a touching tribute to his stepdaughter Amelia after she celebrated her 21st birthday.

In a loving post on Instagram, the doting dad penned: “My girl @ameliajaukovic… 21 today! Amelia. WOW?!”

“I’m gutted you’re away and I’m not with you to celebrate. You’re the best girl. You always were and always will be. It’s been the best fun watching you grow up.

“You’ve made me laugh so much. I am really proud of you.”

The Irish host gushed over Amelia’s involvement in his latest TV project adding: “Having you on set acting was one of my proudest moments. You were great, as I knew you would be and it’s just the beginning for you.”

Baz continued: ” I know you hate me dribbling on and being sentimental, but I miss you so much today and I wish I could give you a big bear hug and a squeeze while you wince uncomfortably, roll your eyes and exit while saying, ‘Good talk!’.

“Actually, that laboured hug is what you can give me for my birthday. I’ll just say I love you. See you soon little girl! Good talk! A real Sad Baz.”

The Faithless actor then attached a series of photos of himself and Amelia over the years.

One snap showed a younger Amelia sitting on Baz’s shoulders as they attended a Dublin GAA match.

Both Baz and Amelia donned blue face paint and Dublin jerseys.

In another picture, the dad-of-six stood in the kitchen holding Amelia’s schoolbag as the teenager looked at the camera with an unimpressed face.

While a separate photo revealed the dad and stepdaughter snuggled up together for a smiling selfie.

‘ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART’

Fans and friends all shared their love for Amelia on her big day in the comment section.

Fellow RTE pal, Maia Dunphy wrote: “Happy birthday Amelia!! Such a mini Tanja!”

Moira remarked: “Love your words. Amelia is cringing now, but one day, she’ll love them.”

Breda added: “One minute, they’re one-year-old, you blink, and they’re 21. Enjoy each and every moment on this journey called life.”
