The unrecognisable star now sports a huge bushy beard and even bigger muscles as he focuses on fitness.
Fans will find it hard to recognise the once clean cut looking Hobie from Baywatch.
The actor’s time in the Celebrity Big Brother house was so controversial it ended with a police caution.
He was thrown out of the 2015 series after he was filmed opening reality star Chloe Goodman‘s dressing gown.
Jeremy immediately felt a backlash from fans and also his housemates.
Michelle Visage famously told him off for his actions.
Jeremy was immediately removed from the house, and later apologised and expressed regret over what he did.
However, after he left the famous compound Hertfordshire Police confirmed he had been cautioned for common assault.
Jeremy was just 11-years-old when he landed the role of Hobie in the iconic TV show Baywatch.
He starred alongside his onscreen father David Hasselhof, and his co-stars were legend like Pamela Anderson and Yasmine Bleeth.
However, behind-the-scenes the struggling child star was battling drug addiction.
Jeremy was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine at 19, and spent 90 days in jail for possession, as well as completing five stints in rehab.
He previously reflected on his downward spiral during an episode of E!’s Child Star Confidential.
“I probably made over $2 to $3 million from Baywatch,’ he said in 2006.
“I had the means to destroy myself. I had a lot of money, and I had a lot of people around me that weren’t really my friends but I thought they were, and I totally got sucked into a downward spiral of a lifestyle.”
“I smoked pot every day, and I did cocaine until it stopped working,” he admitted. “Like, I couldn’t get high off it anymore.”
Jeremy revealed how he was confronted by his co-star David about his drug use.
Recounting the story, he said: “He just kind of looked me in the eyes and was like, ‘Jeremy, what are you smoking, pot?!’
“I didn’t have the heart to tell him, ‘That was years ago — now I’m doing coke and ecstasy and speed.'”
Jeremy – who was on Baywatch from 1991 until 1999 – revealed he quit the show after struggling with the pressures of fame at a young age.
“The real deal was that I got a big head and I thought that I was better than Baywatch, or that I was going to go off and do my own stuff,” he candidly revealed.
“I walked off one day with my middle finger up in the air, saying, ‘Screw you, I’m not coming back to this set.’ And I pulled myself off the show.”
In 2012, Jeremy married swimwear model Lori Willison, who once graced the cover of fitness magazines in skimpy sportswear and swimsuits.
However, the former couple had a very toxic relationship and split in 2014.
Their divorce came after Jeremy allegedly attacked his wife at their West Hollywood home, although Lori later dropped the charges.
Sadly, things have gone from bad to worst for Lori following their very public break-up.
Things took a downwards turn in 2016, when she reportedly had a mental breakdown.
Loni began using drugs and battled an addiction to meth and alcohol, and heartbreakingly has ended up homeless and living on the streets of LA.
“I get robbed all the time. People take my stuff. I basically make myself as dirty as possible so that no one attacks me,” she told the Daily Mail.
In 2024, Lori was pictured holding what looked like a pipe and was seen riffling through bins.
While his ex-wife’s life has spiralled, Jeremy has managed to turn his own around.
He is managing to stay clean and away from drugs.
Jeremy is now a leading figure in LA’s fitness scene, and often posts musclebound pictures on his Instagram page.

A FIT and healthy woman had a close call with death after feeling a ripping in her chest, followed by a “bubbling” at the gym.
Marie-Anne August first became ill during an exercise session.
The 45-year-old fitness addict was rushed to Torbay Hospital in Devon, where she was seen by a consultant and had blood tests and an ECG.
The results came back, and Marie-Anne was sent home with a clean bill of health – despite markers allegedly indicating possible aortic dissection.
Two days later, her family grew increasingly concerned – saying she “didn’t look right” and pushed her to go back to the hospital.
“I couldn’t breathe and the pain was absolutely excruciating,” the NHS communications worker from Newton Abbot, Devon, said.
“The diagnosis took me by surprise because I thought I was so fit.
“When the aortic dissection happened, I felt a ripping in my chest, followed by a bubbling feeling.
“I have always been very active and played lots of sports and have been going to the gym nearly my whole life.
“I believe that being fit and healthy is the reason I survived two days when I was initially turned away from A&E.
“I wasn’t upset at being discharged the first time as I didn’t know what was happening, although I did feel very ill.
“An aortic dissection is very difficult for the doctors to spot unless you have a CT scan.
“I also understand how rare it is and how infrequently medical teams must see dissections.
“But I do feel disappointed it wasn’t picked up now I know how serious it was.
“It’s not their fault but more awareness and education within A&E is essential because many people aren’t as lucky as me.”
Aortic dissection is most common in people aged over 65, with 35 cases per 100,000 people per year in that age group.
It is when the wall of the aorta tears, causing blood to leak between the layers that make up the walls of the arteries.
Marie-Anne was rushed into open heart surgery at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.

She said: “I was absolutely terrified.
“I didn’t realise how serious it was until I got to the hospital, then was told I had less than 24 hours to live and that they had to operate immediately.
“They also listed all the complications that could occur – stroke, loss of limbs, paralysis and lots of other things.
“I was just so frightened.”
Thankfully, the operation was a success.
Marie-Anne added: “Five days after the operation I was back at home.
“I think I recovered quicker than some.
“I didn’t really have any guidance as to what I could and couldn’t do.
“But I was in so much pain post-operation for the first month that I couldn’t do much [beyond] going for slow walks with my dad.”
It’s now been nearly a year since Marie-Anne’s close call with death on 24 April 2024.
With the help of family and friends, she’s recovered enough to return to work.
But while she’s out of immediate danger, the fitness addict – who loves CrossFit, playing tennis and swimming – can’t do certain sports.
She can no longer run fast, ski, water ski, or do high-intensity exercise, amongst other things.
She added: “I’m doing OK now.
“I have residual damage to my aorta so I need to watch what I do and monitor my blood pressure.
“I am trying to find my feet but overall I’m doing much better than expected.

“But it’s such a change – from being someone who is quite fit and active – to all the things I can’t do.
“And that makes me very sad.
“Not being able to do what I did before is the biggest adjustment for me and with no real guidance as to what to do safely it causes a lot of fear.
“But I’m pretty determined to figure out what I can do safely.
“My gym’s been really great helping me with cardiac rehab.
“And I’m determined to get back to full health if possible with my limitations.”
A spokesperson on behalf of Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust said: “Anyone who has concerns over the care they are receiving is encouraged to discuss this with the ward teams and ward matrons during their time at the hospital; patients can also speak with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service for any unresolved concerns.
“Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to discuss individual matters.”
AORTIC dissection is a life-threatening condition where a tear in the inner layer of the aorta (the body’s main artery) allows blood to flow between the layers of the artery wall, potentially leading to a rupture and severely compromised blood flow.
The NHS says people aged less than 60 years old are most likely have a pre-existing weakness of the middle layer of the aortic wall.
This can be inherited, or it can be the result of a new change to a gene (‘new gene mutation’).
In people over 60 years, then the likely cause is stiffening of the middle
layer of the aorta with ageing, a process made worse by high blood pressure and smoking.
Aortic dissection can also occur following any aortic surgery and is more
common in aortas that have already enlarged (aortic aneurysm).
Symptoms include sudden, severe chest, back, or abdominal pain, often described as tearing or ripping, and can also include stroke-like symptoms, loss of consciousness, shortness of breath, and a weak pulse.
Treatment may include surgery or medications, depending on the area of the aorta involved.

SHE picked up a cute ring for just £2 from an antique shop 10 years ago.
But after one woman found herself inundated with requests to get the ring valued, she started to wonder whether or not it could actually be worth some cash.
“I’ve had this ring probably close on 10 years,” she said in a video on her TikTok page.
“I paid £2 for it initially when I first bought it from an antique shop, and it’s just been sat on my shelf ever since then.”
She’s even nearly thrown it away a few times, because she’s just “forgotten it’s there”.
“Then I decided to Google Lens it yesterday, and it came up with listings that started at about £370 and went all up to £1000,” she continued.
“Now I’m taking it to go and be valued today, so hopefully we’ll get a rough estimate.”
She added she thinks the band is gold because it’s got marking on it, but wasn’t sure whether the stones were actually ruby and diamond – as they appeared to be.
“Could it be worth up to £1000? Who knows?” she mused.
“These are just some of the listings that come up, and they look absolutely identical, but we’ll see.”
“Imagine the mental profit % if it is though!” she added in the video caption.
She then returned to TikTok a few days later after getting the ring valued at a few different places so she could get an average.
While the value they gave differed, she explained they were all set on what the ring was made of – 9 carat gold, ruby and diamond.
“The value in gold weight alone is between £45 and £50, depending where you went,” she added.
“But the resale value, you’re looking anywhere from about £200 to upwards of £500.
“And it’s basically gonna be whatever people are willing to pay for it.”
Having looked online, she said the value she was going to go for was about £350, and was considering putting it up at auction.
She captioned the video: “POV: You thought you were just popping into the antique shop for a browse and accidentally walked out with a £500 ring for £2.

The reseller explained that since she’s started her TwistedTreasures business – alongside her brother and sister – she’s inspired her nine-year-old daughter to try and do the same in a bid to raise some money for a new PC.

THE HSE issued an urgent measles alert last night – and there are a number of key signs to watch out for.
Passengers on a train from Dublin to Sligo may have been exposed to the disease last week.
The HSE said someone suspected to have measles travelled for 15 minutes or more in carriage D on the Dublin Connolly-Sligo train that departed at 5.05pm last Friday, March 28.
And they have now issued a warning to those who travelled in that carriage for 15 minutes or more.
Measles is a highly contagious viral infection that primarily affects children but can occur in people of all ages.
It is caused by the measles virus, which spreads through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
The disease is known for its distinctive red, blotchy rash, which typically starts on the face and then spreads to the rest of the body.
The first symptoms of measles usually appear about 10-14 days after exposure to the virus and often include a high fever, runny nose, cough and red or watery eyes.
SOME of the symptoms of the illness include:
Measles can lead to serious complications, particularly in young children, pregnant women and those with weakened immune systems.
Some common complications can even be life-threatening, such as pneumonia and encephalitis – an inflammation of the brain.
The virus is extremely contagious and can remain in the air for up to two hours after an infected person has left the area.
And people who have not been vaccinated or have not had measles before are most at risk of contracting the disease.
Health bosses are now urging passengers who have these symptoms and are concerned it may be measles to contact their GP.
The HSE said: “If you travelled on this train for 15 minutes or more, it is especially important to be aware of the signs and symptoms of measles, which include cold-like symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing and a cough, sore red eyes, a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or above and a rash which usually appears on head and neck first and spreads to rest of body.
“If you have these symptoms, please seek medical advice.
“Phone ahead prior to attending any healthcare setting to let them know that you have these symptoms, so they can make necessary arrangements.
The HSE has said the MMR vaccine is a “safe and effective” jab that protects against measles, mumps and rubella – German measles.
They advise those who are not vaccinated against measles with two doses of MMR to contact their GP as soon as possible during normal working hours to discuss whether they require vaccination.
The Health Service Executive advises that two doses of the MMR provide the best protection.
In Ireland, the MMR jab is part of the childhood vaccination schedule where babies get one dose at the GP when they are 12-months-old and a second at school when they are aged four to five.
Anyone who has not had two doses of the jab can still get it – however, if you were born in Ireland before 1978, it is unlikely you need the jab.
There was a rise in the number of confirmed measles cases in 2024 with 208 cases reported.
