IRELAND AM star Muireann O’Connell has showed up on air in a “Posh Spice” inspired outfit.

The Virgin Media star was back on screens today with her usual co-host Tommy Bowe.

The pair presented the show with Karen Koster as she filled in for Alan Hughes, who’s currently on holiday in Malta.

Muireann recorded herself getting ready for Tuesday’s show in the Virgin Media dressing room before going out on air.

The Limerick beauty shared the video on Instagram and captioned it: “My fab friend Nessa arrived to the pub with this belt last week so I can finally wear my posh spice inspired outfit.”

Muireann inserted a photo of Victoria Beckham wearing the outfit that she attempted to recreate.

Victoria had a blue shirt and burgundy skirt on in the photo, and Muireann swapped the colours around for her look.

Muireann popped on a burgundy long-sleeve t-shirt and a light blue maxi skirt.

She got the ‘Luna’ skirt that she “loves” from Fee G and it currently retails for €149.

Muireann paired it with burgundy pointed heels from Mango and some stunning gold jewellery.

The popular presenter’s friends and fans all went wild for her outfit and raced to the comment section with compliments.

Edwina said: “It’s gorgeous on you. I love those colours together.”

Caroline commented: “Always gorgeous.”

Another fan wrote: “Love it.”

Naomi added: “Love this colour combo.”

Muireann’s co-host Alan jetted off to sunny Malta over the weekend with his hubby Karl Broderick.

The pair are staying in the five-star hotel, Malta Marriott Resort & Spa, which is located at Balluta Bay, St. Julian’s.

Alan took to Instagram to share some stunning snippets of his holiday so far and said: “Delighted to be back in one of our favourite places, so much to see and do and the Maltese are so welcoming.” 

The Dubliner and his hubby Karl enjoyed some sightseeing in the picturesque capital city – Valletta.

The pair looked happier than ever as they posed at Upper Barrakka as well as the Triton Fountain.

Alan’s friends and fans all loved his photos and raced to the comment section with compliments.
