Designed specifically for coffee, Oatly Barista is loved for its creamy texture and ability to froth like regular milk.

With six 1.5-litre cartons in the multipack, this deal is ideal if you go through oat milk fast or just want to stock up and save.

At the discounted price, it works out at around 90p per litre, compared to roughly £1.40 per litre at full price.

It’s already found its way into my basket, as I go through these cartons regularly since making the switch from cow’s milk.

Shoppers on Amazon seem to agree it’s worth snapping up, with an almost perfect 4.7 out of 5 star rating.

One happy customer called it an “absolute favourite”, saying: “For years, it’s been our number one choice for coffees.

They continued, “The creaminess and smooth texture of this oat drink elevate every vegan/lactose intolerant coffee experience.”

Another added: “The taste of the Oatly Barista Oat Drink is fantastic.

Cops told The Sun a man, aged 24, was arrested and later charged, and the victim suffered injuries to his head and finger.

The footage begins as the attacker lunges with the scissors in his hand and appears to strike the victim, who is wearing a backpack.

He holds his top and seemingly continues to thrust the scissors at the other man as they grapple in the mall’s concourse between shops.

The stab victim pushes the armed man back and they continue to square up to each other as they pass a Poundland store and onlookers watch on.

With what appear to wireless headphones in his ears, the bearded attacker rotates his wrist as he moves forward in a fighting stance.

The other man drops his shoulders into a boxing stance and shadow punches forward as he moves backwards.

He then points to something behind the other man, who stops and looks back.

A centre security guard appears and speaks to him and then holds both his arms as he blocks off his route to the other man who slowly follows.

Kent Police told The Sun: “Kent Police is investigating allegations of an assault at the Priory Shopping Centre in Dartford, on Thursday 27 March 2025.

“It is reported that at around 12.40pm a suspect armed with scissors injured another man.

The suspect was restrained by security staff and was arrested by attending police officers shortly after.

“The victim was taken to hospital for wounds to his head and finger.

“Bassan Biro, 24, of Gillingham High Street, was later charged with attempted wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon, and affray.

“He was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 28 March.”

‘It will lead to high inflation & prices’ warns Martin as Ireland braces for Trump tariffs pain with 80k job losses fear

BIG US pharma companies based in Ireland will be damaged by President Donald Trump’s tariffs, Taoiseach Micheal Martin has claimed.

Irish officials are braced for the announcement of a new batch of tariffs from the US on Wednesday which has been labelled “liberation day” by President Trump.

The tranche of tariffs will plunge the US and EU into a costly trade war with European leaders warning that Europe needs to go toe to toe with the States on tax attacks.

The US is Ireland’s most important trade partner, with €72 billion of goods exported to America last year – more than €50 billion of which was pharmaceuticals.

After announcing planned tariffs on European cars being imported to the US, Trump openly warned that Ireland’s cash cow pharma industry was next.

Officials in Ireland believe the impact of this EU-US trade war could be devastating for the Irish economy, with a Department of Finance report warning it could cost 80,000 jobs in a worse-case scenario.

Taoiseach Micheal Martin today warned that America will damage US companies based in Ireland if they push ahead with heavy tariffs on drugs.

He said: “Tariffs are bad for the world economy and a trade war will be very bad for the world economy.

“In respect of the pharmaceutical industry, it is of long standing in Ireland as indeed many technological companies are also.

“It is an integrated supply chain between the companies located here in Ireland and their US parents.

“In some respects the tariffs will potentially damage the companies themselves.

“Many of the product made here is intermediate product which is essential to the completion of products in the US.

“It will lead to high inflation and higher prices for medicines for consumers and will damage the economic prospects of the companies in so far as they’ve embedded very substantial funding in the plants in Ireland.”

Trade Minister Simon Harris is calling for engagement between the EU and the US to avoid a devastating trade war.

Simon Harris made the comments as he met with a delegation from the Slovak Republic, led by the minister of foreign and European affairs, Juraj Blanar, in Dublin on Friday.

DEADLINE

The pair discussed bilateral relations, European co-operation and wider global challenges.

The Department of Foreign Affairs said that Slovakia is among the most impacted by the decision of the United States to impose 25 per cent tariffs on cars.

The car tariffs will come into effect on April 2, with charges on businesses importing vehicles starting next Thursday.

The Tanaiste said: “We need to ensure the period of uncertainty and economic turbulence is kept to a minimum and that as quickly as possibly the US and the EU engage to find a way forward that works and crucially works for all our people and our economies.”

Transport Minister Darragh O’Brien today announced to spend €633 million on roads projects this year as he claimed infrastructure projects will not be cut back if the trade war damages the Irish economy.

Minister O’Brien said that the tariff situation was “concerning” and that the Government would do “everything we can to protect jobs” in Ireland.

However, he said he does not foresee a situation where the soon-to-be refreshed National Development Plan would be cut back due to lack of funding.
