THE UFC returns to the Middle East this weekend for yet another blockbuster event.
And they’ve brought out one of their big guns for their second visit to Saudi Arabia.
The MMA leader resumes action on Saturday night with a stacked UFC Fight Night 250 card, which takes place at the Kingdom Arena.
Topping the bill is a pivotal middleweight match-up between former champion Israel Adesanya and surging contender Nassourdine Imavov.
Fan favourite Adesanya will look to get back to winning ways following consecutive defeats to Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis.

Moment drugged-up BMW convertible driver smashes into pedestrian sending him catapulting into backseat
THIS is the shocking moment a drugged-up driver smashed his friend’s car into a pedestrian sending him catapulting into his backseat.
The horror incident saw Ahmed Lal driving his pal’s BMW M4 at almost 70mph along Watling Street in Wellington, Shropshire.
24-year-old Lal was sentenced on Tuesday to five years in prison after being found guilty of dangerous driving in the shock collision.
CCTV footage timestamped to around 3.30pm shows the victim attempting to cross Watling Street using a pedestrian crossing at its junction with Regent Street.
While he waits at the crossing, a few cars approach from the western end of the road, while a different BMW from the eastern side speeds past.
Seeing a gap in the road, the victim beings to cross, unaware that Lal was racing along the road towards him at almost 70mph.
Despite being in a 30mph zone, Lal kept his speed up and rapidly approached the junction in his friend’s BMW convertible.
The victim had no time to react as Lal ploughed into him at around 68mph.
Footage then shows one of the man’s shoes flying through the air and landing in front of the BMW which rapidly brakes.
You can then see Lal’s passenger, wearing a grey tracksuit and white shoes, jumping out of the car in shock before running alongside and then in front of the vehicle.
The victim was left with a fractured pelvic bone, a fractured left foot, a fractured hip and significant bruising to his chest and left eye.
When officers arrived at the scene, Lal tested positive for cannabis and was arrested at the side of the road before being taken into custody.
It was also revealed that he had been driving on a provisional licence and had not displayed L plates on the BMW at the time of the collision.
After he was released pending further enquiries, cops discovered he had given false details and fled to Stoke-On-Trent in an attempt to evade arrest.
Officers were, however, able to quickly locate the criminal and he was later charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, using a motor vehicle without third part insurance, and driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence.
He was also charged with driving under the influence of drugs and perverting the course of justice.
Lal was further found guilty of possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply and possession of heroin with intent to supply.
CCTV footage was also shown at Shrewsbury Crown Court that included scenes of Lal driving erratically around the Wellington before the collision.
He was found guilty of the charges at the court earlier this month before receiving his five-year and eight month long custodial sentence on Tuesday.
A spokesman from the force’s Operational Policing Unit, said: “Lal’s actions that were not only irresponsible that left someone with serious injuries, but also delayed us getting justice after he gave false details to try and avoid facing the consequences of his actions.
“I hope the sentence given to Lal by the judge will be able to bring some sort of closure to his victim, who has already suffered enough.”
Five biggest questions that STILL remain after body found in search for twins – from last text to disturbing ‘scream’
THE mysterious disappearance of two twin sisters has raised more questions than answers in a disturbing case.
Eliza and Henrietta Huszti – part of a set of triplets – were last seen on January 7 at 2.12am in Market Street at Victoria Bridge, Aberdeen.
The sisters crossed the bridge and headed right on to a footpath next to the River Dee before walking towards Aberdeen Boat Club.
A huge missing persons search was launched amid fears for their safety in freezing weather conditions.
Cops said they had ended searches of the River Dee and harbour area on Monday.
However, the force confirmed today that the body of a woman has been recovered from the water near Aberdeen Boat Club.
While the body has not been formally identified, the family of Henrietta have been informed.
And as the hunt for Eliza continues, here are five of the biggest questions that still remain.
Mysterious texts to landlady
It has emerged that Henrietta texted their landlady as they made their late-night journey on January 7.
She sent a message at 2.12am saying the sisters wouldn’t be returning to their flat.
The phone hasn’t been used since.
Their landlady rushed to the apartment, where she found Eliza and Henrietta’s possessions, and a mobile phone.
Investigators previously discovered the missing twins, who are originally from Hungary, didn’t tell their family a major life update before vanishing.
The women, who moved to Scotland six years ago, were planning on moving out of their flat “immediately”.
They had handed in their notice and were supposed to have moved out days before vanishing.
CCTV sighting
Eliza and Henrietta were last seen on CCTV near the Dee at Aberdeen harbour early in the morning on Tuesday January 7.
The sisters were filmed walking towards a path along the river.
However, police then revealed the twins were seen walking in the exact same area the day before their mysterious disappearance.
In what has become one of the biggest clues so far, CCTV showed the sisters, wearing rucksacks, at the bridge at around 2.50pm on Monday, January 6.
It’s thought they didn’t speak to anyone before they headed home and then didn’t leave again until they headed back to the riverside.
Cops urged anyone who may have had contact with them to come forward and perhaps shed some light on their behaviour during the afternoon visit.
‘Out of character’ behaviour
Close family members were also quick to note how the twins’ behaviour on the night was very “out of character”.
Eliza and Henrietta’s triplet Edit Huszti also said she chatted to her sisters on New Year’s Eve and they seemed in good spirits.
She added it was out of character for them to be out on the streets in the early hours as they often opted to stay in at night.
They were described as sociable but as far as the family knows they were not very much into going out.
Edit said the pair preferred stay at home, watching movies, with Eliza especially enjoying cooking.
Police have been unable to find any explanation as to why the women went to the unlit spot in the Torry area as temperatures plunged below zero.
The steep unpaved path was covered in ice at that time and hard to tackle even in daylight.
Disturbing ‘screams’
Cops also probed claims that screams were heard by a river at the time the two sisters vanished there, it emerged.
It’s understood noises were heard in Aberdeen in the early hours of Tuesday January 7 that could have been alarming cries.
The sounds raised concerns and officers are trying to work out whether there is a link to Eliza and Henrietta.
But detectives don’t think anyone is involved in their disappearance and are not treating it as suspicious.
One resident said: “Everyone is talking about this. It was pretty scary stuff.
“A woman screaming out in the darkness is going to raise some red flags.”
Final phone call with brother
Their brother Jozsef shed light earlier this month on the disappearance of his two sisters.
The devastated sibling revealed that the family had no idea about this until it was announced by officers.
József told the BBC they had a 40-minute conversation and everything seemed normal.
He said: “We don’t understand this whole thing.
“That they wrote a message to their landlady, that they wanted to immediately end their tenancy agreement. We didn’t have any information about that.
“So that’s the strange thing, that the girls didn’t tell us anything about that.”
He added how the siblings, who were part of triplets, had no financial difficulties and were saving up to buy their own property.

ADHD’s “Ripple Effect” Can Take 7-9 Years Off Your Life, New Study Finds: “It’s Astonishing”
A groundbreaking new study is unveiling a significant connection between adults diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and their average life span.
Published in The British Journal of Psychiatry, the population-based research looked at 30,039 people living in the UK, ages 18 or older, with an ADHD diagnosis. Scientists compared each individual with 10 people of the same age, sex, and primary care practice without ADHD.
The findings suggest that those with ADHD live several years less than others without the condition, largely due to several health conditions, lifestyle factors, and systemic healthcare inequalities that coincide with ADHD—not because of the disorder itself. Let's unpack the findings.

How Much Does ADHD Impact Life Expectancy?
According to the study's results, adults with ADHD have a notably shorter lifespan than their peers. The researchers found:
- Women with ADHD live 8.64 years less on average.
- Men with ADHD live 6.78 years less on average.
The study estimates that men with ADHD have an average life expectancy of 73.26 years, compared to 80.03 years for those without the condition. Women with ADHD have an expected lifespan of 75.15 years, whereas women without ADHD typically live 83.79 years.
ADHD itself was not found to be directly responsible for cutting years off of adults' lives. Instead, the researchers found a link between co-existing physical and mental health issues and lifestyle factors associated with ADHD that impacted longevity.
"Adults with diagnosed ADHD are living shorter lives than they should," the study authors conclude. "We believe that this is likely caused by modifiable risk factors and unmet support and treatment needs in terms of both ADHD and co-occurring mental and physical health conditions."
Reacting to the study's findings, Michelle Dees, MD, a board-certified psychiatrist at Luxury Psychiatry Clinic (who was not involved), told Medical News Today: "The astonishing life expectancy reduction of 7–9 years shows that more cohesive systems and interventions need to be put in place for support."
Why Is ADHD Linked to a Shorter Lifespan?

The researchers found that adults with ADHD are more likely to experience 13 coinciding medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, and depression. More specifically, they found adults with ADHD have:
- a 17% increased risk of diabetes for men (even higher for women)
- a 27% higher likelihood of hypertension
- More than twice the risk of epilepsy
- Over 10 times the risk of personality disorders
- Twice the likelihood to develop depression
There were also several lifestyle factors that were linked to the decline in life expectancy. These included:
- Increased risk of substance abuse and smoking
- Greater likelihood of financial struggles, unemployment, and housing instability
- Poorer management of physical health conditions, including cardiovascular disease and hypertension
As experts explain, the above can cause a "ripple effect" of negative outcomes in a person's life, which can increase their likelihood of dying earlier.
“The high prevalence of anxiety and depression in people with ADHD creates a volatile situation for risk-taking behaviors, including accidents and self-harm," Dee explained to Medical News Today. "Inaccessibility to fundamental health resources also contributes significantly."

As Experts Call For Urgent Action, Here's What You Should Know:
It's important to note that the study authors mention that their results "may not generalize to the entire population of adults with ADHD, the vast majority of whom are undiagnosed." Meaning: This study's results may not be applicable to all and more research in this field will need to be done.
However, given the findings, experts are stressing the importance of better healthcare access and early intervention for people living with ADHD, as well as for those who haven't yet been officially diagnosed.
While the study was done in the UK, it has the power to influence practices in the U.S.
For instance, the study authors urge for improved "awareness of physical and mental health conditions that are more common in people with ADHD," and encourage "timely access to mental health support."
Given the extremely concerning link between ADHD and risk-taking behaviors, such as substance abuse, smoking, compulsive behavior, and self-harm, the researchers also stress the need for support and treatment in these areas.
