Number 92 Wolfe Tone Villas is a two storey house near the town’s main street in Co Wexford.
Featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom, the semi-detached property is ideal as an investment or a starter home.
It boasts a great location, a back garden complete with a spacious shed, and ample front-of-house parking.
The seller warned that the property won’t be available for long and said it offers exceptional value for money.
On entering the property, guests are greeted by a bright hallway with wooden flooring.
From there, you can access the living room, kitchen, dining room, and downstairs bedroom.
The downstairs bedroom is an inviting and cosy space complete with a large front facing window which allows natural light to pour in.
It also has a statement wall with a built in fireplace as well as laminate wood flooring.
Through folding double doors, you can then access the living room, which is ideal for families.
The large space features a fitted fireplace with a wooden surround, and specially built storage and TV units.
It has plenty of convenient built-in storage, so the floor is an open space for seating and tables.
Through another small hallway is the kitchen, complete with a tiled floor and blue-tiled backsplash along the walls.
Offering plenty of counter space, the room has cupboards built at eye and waist level for convenience.
It’s plumbed for a washing machine and is complete with a sink and a window above, with a view of the back garden.
Also downstairs is an elegant tiled shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Up the carpeted stairs are two bedrooms as well as a small landing and a hot press.
The master bedroom has the major bonus of a built in walk in wardrobe, perfect for storage and space saving.
It has a huge window to allow plenty of natural light and has a carpet floor for a cosy feel.
The second upstairs bedroom also has a huge window, carpet floors, and handy built in drawers and wardrobe space.
To the back of the property is a rear garden with plenty of space for gardening, planting, and decorating.
The other major perk is the shed at the bottom of the garden, which could easily be converted into a home office, a gym, or a games room.
The house is located just a few minutes’ walk to nearby Wexford Town, which has all the necessary amenities.
The area is home to pubs, restaurants, churches, schools, and great shopping.
CHANNEL 4 has confirmed when the spin-off of a popular daytime show will return – and fans don’t have long to wait.
Across 25 years, A Place in the Sun has helped hundreds of prospective buyers find their dream homes abroad.
Series two of A Place in the Sun: What Happened Next? launches next month.
It will be on screens from Monday, March 17, at 6pm on Channel 4.
The show’s experts reconnect will reconnect with past house hunters and see how things panned out.
While some are soaking up a slower pace of life, others have been hard at work with renovations.
In fact, one couple even opted to get married on the grounds of their new home.
All seem to be in agreement – they wouldn’t swap their lives now in the sunshine to go back to living in the UK.
There will be a total of 20 couples, with news of three weddings, two finding love and, unfortunately, one divorce.
Danni Menzies returns to the show in episode one, to revisit Chris and Marie.
In 2019, the couple bought a two-bedroomed seafront holiday home in Manilva, southern Spain.
Following Chris facing a life-changing accident a few years ago, they have been making the most of their property since.
Chris and Marie treat Danni to lunch in their apartment, before heading to nearby Gibraltar for a trip on the cable car and meet the monkeys.
Elsewhere, fellow presenter Ben Hillman reunites with photographer John at his idyllic village house in Skopelos, Greece.
Now proudly calling the property home, John’s life has changed dramatically since he bought it in 2019.
He also has some very exciting news to share with Ben…

A Place in the Sun: What Happened Next? returns from Monday, March 17 at 6pm on Channel 4.
A HIT comedy with a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score that fans ‘binged in three days’ will soon be available to stream on ITV for FREE.
Currently, only subscribers of Disney+ can view the second series of the much loved show but other fans won’t have to wait much longer.
ITVX has confirmed that a full series boxset of the edgy comedy show Extraordinary will be available next month on the 6th March.
Extraordinary is a British superhero comedy television series and it currently has a perfect score on the review site Rotten Tomatoes.
The show centres around the notion that everyone in the world develops a superpower at the age of 18, however, Jen aged 25, still hasn’t discovered hers.
Starring Irish actress Máiréad Tyers and Poldark star Sofia Oxenham as a pair of chaotic flatmates the show focuses on what it means to feel different.
With each episode following Jen’s journey, viewers are drawn into her worries about fitting into a super powered world when she herself has none.
Fans flocked to social media to share their delight with the show and one stated: “I love the Misfits vibe of this show. Showing that superpowers are not always wonderful.”
Another agreed and said: “Incredible comedy! Absolutely love this show and its characters.
“Don’t think I’ve fallen in love and laughed at a show this much in a long time. I recommend to anyone and everyone, it’s a much watch.”
“One of the best new shows I’ve seen – binged season 1 and 2 in less than a 3 days. I highly recommend this amazing British sci-fi comedy.” enthused another.
One fan added: “Extraordinary perfectly balances humour and heartfelt moments seamlessly, making it easy to fall in love with every character individually and the group as a whole.”
Extraordinary won Best Comedy Programme at the 2023 Broadcast Digital Awards.
The series was also nominated for Best Scripted Comedy and Máiréad was nominated in the Best Female Comedy Performance at the Royal Television Society Programme Awards in March 2024.
The second series followed Jen on her journey to uncover her powers as she enrols at the power clinic.
However, she quickly realises that discovering her power is far more challenging than she anticipated, and her personal life proves to be just as turbulent.
But the season ended on a cliffhanger with Jen falling into a void, leaving fans without a resolution.
And despite all the love shown from fans and critics alike, the edgy comedy was axed after two series.
Fans were left devastated by the news as they took to a Reddit forum to share their disappointment.
One wrote: “Such bad news. One of the most creative and entertaining series of the past few years. I loved every second of it. Sad to see we won’t get a Season 3.”
Another added: “This hurts. It was sort of a comfort show. The characters being chaotic and messy but sticking together really got me.”
A third said: “I loved this show so much, I randomly came across it and binged it. I don’t think I have ever seen promotion for it.
“Maybe a British broadcaster can take it on at least for one more season… I need to know what that void is!”
Extraordinary season one is available to stream on ITVX and the second season arrives on 6th March.
