Towie’s Jodie reveals results of her boob job as she details exact size after getting back together with Diags

TOWIE star Jodie Wells has gushed over the results of her recent boob job after reuniting with boyfriend James “Diags” Bennewith.

Jodie, 33, who was a TOWIE extra before joining the cast full-time, uploaded two similar snaps showing her stretched out on a bed.

She donned a brown skin-fit strappy vest with a plunging neckline to show off her new chest to best effect.

The ITVBe favourite flashed a pout in her first image, taken from above, which saw her poker-straight brunette locks flowing over her shoulders.

In her second snap, she gave a smile as she looked straight into the camera lense.

In her caption, Jodie admitted: “I am still absolutely over the moon with how my [cherry Emoji] augmentation turned out with @myacosmeticsurgery.

“I have had so many questions about it and here are some answers for you!!”

She then posted: “Surgeon – Mr Samouris. Size- 325cc. Whole experience- 11/10.”

In a separate video, posted to MYA Cosmetic Surgery’s YouTube page, Jodie spoke about the reasons for going under the knife.

She told how she had “always wanted to have my boobs done” and added: “I have been thinking about and wanted a breast enlargement for a long time, because I have had a baby, and I feel like the elasticity in my boobs has slightly gone.

“I just want to feel my confident self again.”

HAPPY CHAPTER

It comes after The Sun was first to reveal how Jodie and Diags are back on after their heartbreaking split – with their reunion playing out on TOWIE’s Bali trip.

Last month, we reported how the pair had broken up after first getting together in 2023.

Yet after deciding to give their romance another stab, they now have the full cast backing them.

A source told us: “Jodie and Diags have had some time apart to reassess things and have realised that they want to give their relationship another go.

TOWIE STARS SPIN OFF

WITH the announcement TOWIE will return in 2025 for two new series, it's good news for some former ITVBE stars, too

TWO of the show’s best loved former stars will celebrate their own big life moments with a spin off series featuring Tommy Mallet and Georgia Kousoulou.

Their new show title is currently unconfirmed.

The pair, who first met and found love on TOWIE back in 2014, finally say ‘I Do’ in a three part special produced by Objective Entertainment.

The show will follow on from the success of their Baby Steps series.

“It’s still early stages but they are hoping to reconcile properly and work things out.

“Jodie has a young child and wants to do the best for him.

“She believes Diags still loves her and if they both put the graft in, they believe it will work.

“The pair are dating again and have the full support of the rest of the Towie cast.

“It’s complicated but they’re ready to iron out any issues after getting advice from their friends and having some time apart.”

Reality show fans will get to see how their romance plays out on the next series.

Stratton, 25, was in the corner of the ring as she tried to pull off a move on her foe.

But it was then when her top slipped which caused the broadcaster to take action.

The live TV stream was cut, and a black screen was displayed to viewers.

The WWE Women’s Champion did not continue to win on the night as she was beaten by Nia Jax.

It is not the first time she has suffered a wardrobe malfunction.

In May 2024, she had to cover her private parts after her garment was ripped.

Stratton has recently opened up on her success over the last year.

She told the Toronto Sun: “I would not have changed anything.

She also will be fighting Charlotte Flair at Wrestlemania 41 which is scheduled for April 19 and 20.

The venue is the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

She said: “Charlotte [Flair] is my inspiration.

“She’s who I saw on Friday Night SmackDown and was doing all these cool tricks and flips in the ring, and immediately I was like, she kinda reminds me of myself.

“I just feel like in my career it’s always been sink or swim and I really truly feel like every single performance I’ve ever had, I’ve barely made it through.

“I literally just clenched my teeth and I prayed, and somehow each performance ends up better than the last and that’s all I really strive for. I want to keep improving and growing.

“In wrestling, you can never be perfect… you can always keep improving your craft and getting better at promos or your character and in the ring. I want to keep getting better and better.

“When I enter WrestleMania, I am going to beat The Queen, Charlotte Flair.

People judge me for wearing tiny bikinis & think it’s as bad as being naked but they need to worry about their own life

A FASHION lover has come under fire after showing off her curves in a teeny bikini on a public beach.

TikTok user Martina Massettii sparked fury after uploading a clip where she was seen soaking up the sunshine in a skimpy bikini with kids nearby.

Martina, originally from Italy, insisted it was ‘a free beach so everyone can do whatever they want’[/caption]

The young woman, who had jetted off to Tenerife, Spain, decided to enjoy the glorious weather in a teeny two-piece, which included tiny thongs.

Meanwhile, the top half of the beach outfit was a black bikini top with extra strap detailing around the bust and a small piece of fabric to cover her nipples.

But although the Italian woman seemed to be having the best time of her life, the reaction on social media was slightly different.

One of the clips, which sees Martina pose for the camera and show off her body, has gone viral for all the wrong reasons, racking up over a whopping 18million views.

While many defended her daring outfit, thousands of viewers were quick to criticise the holiday-goer and insisted she should’ve worn something more ”appropriate” for a family beach.

”Umm maam this is a family beach,” said one person who was not a fan of the skimpy bikini, as a second noted it was as ”bad as being naked”.

Another agreed, writing: ”The kid just tryna have a nice day at the beach.”

Someone else simply said: ”No no and NO!!!”

”Sometimes less, isn’t more!!!” a fourth chimed in with their verdict of the skimpy outfit.

But there were also plenty of those who flocked to defend the young woman – who has also since hit back at the haters.

Reminding others to focus on their own life, she said: ”This is actually a free beach so everyone can do whatever they want.”

She went on: ”You can appreciate yourself without insulting the others. No need to insult me.”

Luckily for the young fashionista, there was also heaps of support, especially from keen Romeos.

Why women should wear bikinis no matter their age or shape

IF you think you should hide your body this summer - think again!

Fabulous Magazine’s Fashion Director, Tracey Lea Sayer has

Times have changed since 2015 when Protein World spent £250,000 on an ad campaign of a slim 20-something bikini clad model asking the reader “Are you beach body ready?” The uproar that followed about the objectification of women was global. Branded offensive, irresponsible and harmful, the verdict on the campaign and the social media uproar was well documented, and rightly so.

Now, I am happy to say that all sizes of women are represented in swimwear across the media landscape. Brands like JD Williams, In The Style and New Look, to name just a few, all work with models of all sizes and ages to promote their swimwear.

My social media feed is also full of ladies of all ages and sizes looking Fabulous in their swimmies. What started out as a trickle of shy bikini-clad selfies has now become a body-positive movement that makes us all feel good to get into our swimwear.

And why shouldn’t we! Our bodies are all completely different and we should be celebrating that fact.

At 53, I love bikinis, I love having an all over tan in the summer with as few white bits as possible. I don’t want to dumb myself down as I get older, I want to celebrate that I am still here! My aim is to keep on wearing bikinis well into my 80s if I am lucky enough to get there.

I have learnt to love the aging process. I will never look like I did in my 20s again, but I do enjoy looking after myself way more than I did back then. A better diet, more exercise and a lot of self-care makes me feel good on the inside as well as the outside.

I love that other cultures like to celebrate their elders. I think we should embrace this in western society instead of just fetishizing youth.

Aging isn’t something to be feared but embraced.

Wear the damn bikini, I am going to!

One person slammed the critics and said: ”Stop judging and worry about the grass that grows in your own yard.”

Another agreed and noted that the trolls were probably just jealous: ”They wish they had as much confidence as you!”

”You look great, and you have a positive attitude and positive energy!” a third chimed in.

” I don’t know why people have become so angry…”

”wear what ever makes you happy!” a viewer penned.

How Man Utd’s latest meltdown and brutal money-saving cuts were predicted by Paddy Power in hilarious video

WHAT started out as an online joke has now become a grim reality at Manchester United.

The Red Devils announced a new round of cost-cutting measures this week, unbelievably confirming speculative predictions from an online video by bookies Paddy Power.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos have announced a new wave of cost-cutting measures[/caption]

After months of penny-pinching tactics under Sir Jim Ratcliffe‘s Ineos, Paddy Power poked fun at the unusual measures in a lighthearted video on their social accounts.

And some of their far-fetched ideas for how United could save money appear to have actually come true in the club’s newest cuts.

Paddy Power’s video showed staff being given “free pizza and water”, an eerie foreshadowing for the pie, chips and water in plastic cups that were given to staff when they were informed of the incoming 200-strong culling of staff at Old Trafford.

That isn’t the only thing that was seemingly predicted by Paddy Power either.

Another clip showed staff making sure that nobody was wasting fruit in the office, a joke that is closer to reality than most would think.

That’s because United have made the decision to replace the free meals on offer to staff at Old Trafford with fruit.

Some of the other predictions were a little too far-fetched, like re-using tea bags four times, shortening scarves year on year and rationing toilet paper to keep costs low.

And as much as the tongue-in-cheek video pokes fun at United’s cost-cutting, staff at the club face the very real and very serious prospect of losing their jobs.

December 2024 – SunSport reveals Ratcliffe cuts £40,000 funding donation to Association of Former Manchester United Players charity

The 20-time English champions announced this week that as many as 200 staff members will lose their jobs in the coming months.

That decision comes after 250 staff were let go last year.

While other measures have seen the scrapping of stewards’ bonuses, 250 job cuts last summer, cancelled Christmas parties, cuts to funding donation for former player’s charity and the end of Sir Alex Ferguson’s ambassadorial role with the club.

Financial results published last week showed the club owe £391m in transfer fees and have seen interest costs since the Glazer family took over in 2005 top £1billion.

While it was also revealed that United had spent a combined £14.5m to sack Erik ten Hag and his staff and let go of sporting director Dan Ashworth.

Things aren’t any better on the pitch either.

Ruben Amorim‘s side are currently 15th in the Premier League, having won just eight of their 26 league games this season.

The club is enduring its worst season on the pitch since they were relegated in the 1970s and every position lower they go costs them £4m in prize money.

The underperformance and persistent cost-cutting has led to a damning statement from the Man Utd Supporters Trust (MUST).

It reads: “Today’s financial results lay bare the scale of the financial mismanagement we have seen at Manchester United…

“Fans should not pay the price for a problem that starts with our crippling debt interest payments and is exacerbated by a decade or more of mismanagement.

“It’s time to freeze ticket prices and allow everyone – players, management, owners and fans – to get behind United and restore this club to where it belongs.”

United have outlined plans to return to glory with their ‘Project 150’.

Those plans detail how the club can become Premier League champions again by 2028 and have put weight on making the club profitable once again to make that happen.

Watch the moment furious MAFS stars hit out at Nathan on TikTok branding him ‘sly’ for refusing ‘showmance’ with Lacey

NATHAN Campbell has felt a backlash from fellow MAFS stars, who have branded him “sly” for refusing a “showmance” with Lacey Martin.

Last night’s reunion show saw the cast return for an explosive dinner party, but it was Nathan’s revelation about Lacey that shocked viewers.

Nathan claimed Lacey told him continue to relationship for ‘magazine deals’[/caption]

The Sun revealed in November that Nathan and Lacey had secretly split after filming for the E4 series ended.

However, at the beginning of last night ‘s reunion show he told the boys that Lacey only wanted to continue their romance for fame and “magazine deals”.

After arriving at the dinner party and reuniting with some of the boys, Nathan explained why he and Lacey decided to call it quits.

He said: “She just decided it was better to be mates, it was a bit one-sided. It goes into something that’s not genuine.”

Nathan then revealed that his ex had allegedly sent him a text saying she wanted to “fake” the relationship for “opportunity and money”.

He said: “Shortly after she messaged me and said after a year you get magazine deals and things like that, showmance.”

A shocked Kieran fumed: “Fake as f***,” while Orson added: “Awful.”

Nathan went on to say: “She sent me a text message saying the relationship she wanted would be a pretend one so she could get more opportunity from it and make more money but I didn’t want to do it.

“It’s a bit embarrassing, I don’t really want to talk about it to be honest.”

However, Lacey’s family have now defended her and slammed Nathan’s comments.

Both Lacey’s mum Maxine and sister Paige appeared on Married At First Sight when she wed Nathan, and didn’t have the best relationship with him,

Fans will well remember the “fajitas bust-up”, and following his “showmance” comments they have reignited their feud.

Taking to TikTok Lacey’s mum and sister were heard calling Nathan “sly”.

They also said they didn’t see anything wrong with her wanting a “showmance”.

Mum Maxine said: “If they could’ve made a lot of money as friends, then why not? What’s wrong with that?”

“You don’t go into this industry not to make money.

BITTER BREAK-UP

Shortly after their break-up was revealed, Lacey spoke to The Sun and told us that she feared Nathan was “faking” the romance the whole time, just for the cameras.

However, than Nathan told us it was him that had been left “brokenhearted”, and not the other way around.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, he said: “Things weren’t the same off the show, it was very different.

“I’d always have to go there, she wouldn’t come to see me – those kind of arguments. I’m not too sure, things were quite different after the show.

“When you’re together, you’re 100 per cent in the same place.

“But after the experiment there was a big distance there.”

The couple called it quits not long after the show aired[/caption]

Asked who’s idea it was to break-up, Nathan said: “She decided, she said let’s just be friends.”

Speaking about how he was feeling post break-up, he said: “I’m scared to date again, I want to but my hearts still broken.

“I definitely do want to date again but there’s no one yet.”

Mafs couples that have stood the test of time

Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.

The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.

Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.

Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.

Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.”

Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.

Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.

“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.

“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’

“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”

Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.

Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.

They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.

Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”

Bayne’s is celebrating its 70th birthday with the opening of its 70th store at Perth’s Inveralmond Retail Park

Bayne’s has announced that it will be celebrating its birthday in style as it cuts the red tape on a brand new branch.

The family bakers is opening its 70th shop, celebrating its 70th birthday at Perth‘s Inveralmond Retail Park.

Born in Lochore, Fife, the bakery is known for its Scottish roots and while offering a range of products has its own selection of traditional Scots baked goods on the menu.

A statement from the chain said: “We are over the moon to be celebrating the milestone of our 70th year by opening this brand-new location on the Inveralmond Retail Park – our fourth in Perth!

“Opening officially on Tuesday, we cannot wait to welcome both new and familiar faces to our latest premises.”

Reflecting on seven decades of business, John Bayne, Joint Managing Director, said: “A decade ago, we had 490 colleagues supporting 52 shops.

“Today, we’ve nearly doubled our workforce to 960, ensuring we continue to bring fresh, quality baking to communities across Scotland.

“Looking ahead, we plan to open three to four new shops annually over the next decade while continuing to invest in product innovation and digital transformation to meet evolving customer needs.”

In 1975, Bayne’s took its first steps outside of Fife by expanding to Perthshire.

The business opened its first city shop in Kinross, and has seen further growth to Dundee, and Monifieth in the late 90s and early noughties.

Mr Bayne added: At Bayne’s, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

“Whether it’s through our popular coffee card reward program, which offers a free coffee for every eight purchased, or our ‘Moments of Joy’ initiative, which empowers staff to provide complimentary treats for special occasions, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences.”

Stanley Bayne, Chairman of Bayne’s said: “Seventy shops in our 70th year – it’s a milestone that fills me with immense pride.

“My father, John, would be incredibly proud to see how far we’ve come; from opening our first shop in 1954 to opening our 70th shop today.

“Our success is a tribute to the generations of colleagues and bakers who have kept our ovens warm and our customers smiling.

“This new Perth shop is a symbol of our enduring commitment to Scottish baking traditions and the communities we serve.”

The chain has attracted a huge local fan base over the years, and has struck up a rivalry with some of the baking industries elite.

Some fans have even described the food as “better than Greggs“.

Reacting to the news, one fan wrote: “Bring back the Paris bun! What better way to celebrate 70 years!

Another penned: “Best chain of bakery shops ever, four in Perth, we are so lucky.

A third added: “Good luck, and lots of love, you’ll smash it.”

Traveller shows how they REALLY keep everything looking brand new using a Dunelm buy and secret appliances

A TRAVELLER woman has shown off her nighttime reset routine and the secret ways she keeps her home looking brand new.

Adele Preece, from the UK, took to social media to show her extensive cleaning routine but people were left stunned by the extreme measures she took.

In the clip, the homemaker first got a bucket and filled it with hot water, bleach and fairy washing up liquid and said: “Nighttime reset clean for a gypsy.”

The 24-year-old also revealed that the kettle she used for cleaning was different to the one she makes drinks with.

“This kettle is actually the kettle that I use for my cleaning water,” Adele explained.

“I’ve got a different one to make coffees because I don’t want tap water in my coffee. I use only bottled.”

She first went in by spraying her hob with bleach and adding a glug of bleach to her air fryer tray to sit.

Adele also revealed that she refuses to have a bin in her chalet and prefers to use a bin bag as and when she needs it so she can throw it out immediately.

After cleaning her hob she then moved on to the oven itself which she dismantled every night to give it a thorough scrub.

She used a steam cleaner in hard to reach places as well as wiping it down with bleach.

“I’m going in with my favourite cleaning product, bleach,” she added. “And I just coat my oven with this because I just love it and I think it makes everything come up.”

She then filled up her bucket with fresh water and bleach before wiping down all of her condiments.

“You touch them while you’re eating, you’re getting grease on them, so you can’t just put them back in the cupboard,” the cleaning whizz explained.

Next, she moved on to her toaster, which she cleans out every time it’s used.

Adele added that she has two toasters – one for decoration and one to use.

“I have another toaster that I use just for making toast, cause I don’t wanna ruin my display toaster,” she explained.

Traditions in the gypsy/traveller communities

Nomadic lifestyle: Traditionally, many travellers maintain a nomadic lifestyle, living in caravans and moving frequently. This mobility is a core aspect of their identity, reflecting a deep connection to freedom and independence.

Strong family bonds: Family is central to traveller culture. Extended families often live and travel together, providing a strong support network. Marriages and social events are significant community affairs, reinforcing familial ties.

Distinct Language: Many travellers speak Shelta, also known as Cant or Gammon, a distinct language that mixes elements of Irish, English, and other languages. This language serves as a cultural marker and a means of private communication within the community.

Religious practices: The traveller community often follows Roman Catholicism, with religious festivals and milestones like baptisms, communions, and weddings being particularly significant. However, individual beliefs and practices can vary widely.

Unique celebrations: Events such as horse fairs and traditional weddings are major social gatherings for travellers. These occasions are marked by elaborate preparations, vibrant attire, and communal participation.

The air fryer and toaster was then put away in the cupboard before she got another clean bucket of water and wiped down her countertops and kitchen island.

In another clip, she revealed that she keeps them looking brand new using plastic sheets from Dunelm to cover them.

The PVC sheets can be cut to size in stores and prices start at £3.50.

Once that task was done, Adele finished her kitchen reset by using her floor bucket and cleaning the floor on her hands and knees.

Her kitchen was sparkling and looked like it had never been touched when she was done with her cleaning routine.

Public Reaction

The clip quickly went viral with over 536k views and 36k likes on her TikTok account @adele_preecex.

People were quick to comment and seemed divided by her lengthy routine.

Some were left stunned by the amount of bleach used and questioned how necessary it was while others were in awe of her clean home.

One person wrote: “Bleach leaves toxic chemical traces, never use it on items that food will be cooked or placed in.”

Another commented: “You do realise that boiling tap water filters the water and is the same as the pointless water bottles your buying because you just wanna be weird.”

“This is hilarious! Display toaster, two kettles, bottled water for tea (you do know boiled tap water is sterile), washing jars (if your hands are clean, there’s no need) and bleached oven,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “I don’t get the hate look at the beautiful condition of this lassies home. Everything looks completely brand new. Fair play gal.”

“I don’t really understand all the hateful comments. This lady has an impeccably clean house, we don’t all have the time to do this level of cleaning but no need to hate,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “The commitment to the nighttime reset unreal.”

Trainers scramble to sign rookie Cheltenham Festival jockey ‘riding out of his skin’ after landing 200-1 gamble

EVERY trainer is looking to make a Power play in this year’s Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle.

The race, limited to conditional jockeys, has been won by the likes of Felix De Giles, JJ Slevin, Jonjo O’Neill Jr, Sean O’Keeffe and Danny Gilligan, just to name a few.

It’s crucial to have a top conditional on board and this year’s hot topic is Tiernan Power Roche.

The young gun has been making waves in Ireland and has won of four of his last nine rides.

That included a win on Great Attitude, who was gambled down from 200-1 to 8s in a quite remarkable sequence.

He’s clearly a jockey that trainers trust and he could be the one who gets the plum ride in the £75,000 race.

The ante-post favourite for this year’s race is Wodhooh for Gordon Elliott, who is 6-6 over hurdles and beat William Hill Hurdle winner Joyeuse and a host of other next-time-out winners.

JP McManus has a host of potential chances including Kopeck De Mee – A French import with a big reputation – McLaurey, who won at the Dublin Racing Festival, and No Ordinary Joe.

Roche is yet to have many rides for the big stables, but he has lots of experience to call upon which will be a big plus for any trainer.

With a maximum field of 24, it would be a huge surprise if Roche wasn’t on any horses, let alone one of the favourites.

Celtic learn UEFA fate over ultras’ ‘Show Israel the red card’ banner in Champions League clash vs Bayern Munich

CELTIC won’t face any action from UEFA after ultras unfurled a massive banner declaring ‘Show Israel the Red Card’ prior to this month’s first leg Champions League clash.

Hoops bosses are no strangers to facing action from the European governing body as a result of the actions of their fans.

The Hoops have a two year suspended one-match away fan ban in the continent hanging over them after a massive pyro display ahead of the meeting with Borussia Dortmund in the league phase.

And they faced a massive sweat that fans wouldn’t be permitted to travel to Munich for the second leg playoff round clash after a fan threw a smoke bomb onto the pitch against Aston Villa in their final league phase match.

Those fears, though, came to nothing with UEFA chiefs deciding that the action of one isolated fan couldn’t be placed on a par with a concerted action from a group of ultras.

But there were also fears of action in the first leg of the playoff clash against the Bavarian giants, after Hoops ultras in the Green Brigade section unfurled a large banner stating ‘Show Israel the Red Card’.

The supporters in the section below the banner also held up smaller red cards featuring the same message.

A message on flyers handed out by the group read: “At the start of the 2nd half, please SHOWISRAEL‘ THE RED CARD to send a direct message to UEFA and FIFA to apply their respective statutes and suspend ‘Israel’ from competition.

“By doing so, you will not only be doing the right thing but you will be joining football fans of conscience and courage around the worlds who will be adopting the same message.”

UEFA generally take a dim view of what they call ‘political slogans’ – and are notoriously keen to act when it comes to the Israel-Palestine issue.

A number of other clubs and ultra groups across the world have since adopted similar signs, although not always in Uefa matches.

But now the SunSport has learned that NO case was opened against the Hoops for the banner in the first leg.

A smaller banner reading ‘Show Zionism the Red Card’ was unfurled in the Hoops section ahead of the second match at the Allianz Arena.

It’s unclear yet if any action will be taken over the second leg banner but for now it appears that the Hoops are in the clear.
