Shaughna Phillips stuns as she shows off results of her incredible six stone weight loss in sizzling lingerie snaps
LOVE Island favourite Shaughna Phillips has revealed her toned figure in stunning lingerie snaps – after revealing the impact of her weight loss on her body.
It came just weeks after the ITV2 personality, 30, was forced to deny using weight loss jabs for her transformation.

The star – who featured in Love Island‘s sixth season – recently joked how she looked like a “rolled up ham” as she tried on outfits from her 2020 series.
Yet mum of one Shaughna has now stripped to metallic lingerie for a weight loss video in her kitchen.
After losing six stone, she pulled on a gold crop top with a zipper at the front and matching thong.
Her rock hard abs were on full display as she posed in her kitchen with her hands on her hips, before blowing a kiss to the camera.
She twinned her image up with one showing her in an orange bandeau bikini, prior to her new wellbeing routine.
In her caption she wrote: “I wish it was as quick as this transition makes it look, wouldn’t that be a perfect world.
“A lot of sweating, patience and a major shift in how I view food which was always my go-to pleasure and comfort.
“I still love my food – I have just learnt how to have what I want in healthy portions. So yes I’ll eat ice cream – just not an entire tub.
“I deffo didn’t lose 5 and a half Stone on my own though, my incredible nutritionist Jo T and trainers Keegan and Justin helped me get there over 14 months.”
Shaughna also switched to pose in black lingerie and revealed how her weight loss had changed her shape.
She added: “Get me a bigger top! The girls have gone down a lot since losing weight (10 and a half inches to be precise)…
“But honestly I ain’t mad at it, they had their own force of gravity at one point.”
It was a wake up call from a full body MOT a year after becoming a first time mum that gave Shaughna the motivation she needed to change her lifestyle.
Scan results revealed she had high levels of visceral fat around her organs which could lead to serious health conditions like heart attacks, diabetes and cancer if left unaddressed.

Shaughna previously told she had instead concentrated on “incredible eating” and an “exercise plan” to get her diet on track.
In a lengthy caption which gave more detail on her exact weight loss she wrote: “NO-zempic here guys! Just an incredible eating and exercise plan.
“And it didn’t happen that quickly either. It actually took me over a year to lose 5 and a half Stone. And I did NOT do it alone – I had great help. But not from any kind of weight loss injection or pill.
“Sad that you can’t lose weight naturally now without people saying that btw.
“So I do understand why there are comments saying that and I would never knock anyone for taking them but it’s just not how I’ve chosen to do this.”
Popular with some Hollywood stars, Ozempic is actually a treatment for type 2 diabetes.
It increases the levels of incretins – a hormone – which helps your body to produce more insulin when needed and supresses the amount of glucose produced by the liver.
The jab also suppresses users’ appetite – mimicking a naturally occurring hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1, which is usually released after eating.
As a result patients have less of an appetite, and reduce the number of calories they eat.
Shaughna previously emphasised her point when she claimed celebs on Ozempic are “too thin.”
She also exclusively told The Sun how she was “terrified” about gaining weight should she become pregnant again.
The former Love Island star says she did “nuclear damage” on herself during her first maternity journey, eating everything she wanted without worrying about the consequences on her body.

Urgent hunt for woman, 29, who fled cops after falling from moving car with child outside Shell petrol station
COPS are hunting a woman who fell from a moving car with a child outside a Shell petrol station.
Wanted Raychel Hardingham fell with the youngster from a blue Volvo on the A1067 Fakenham Road, in Taverham, Norfolk.
![Shell gas station in Taverham.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Shell-Garage-Taverham-gmaps.jpg?strip=all&w=960)
The 29-year-old was rushed to hospital with life-changing injuries after the horror at 9.54pm on April 21, 2023.
She was discharged three weeks later, while the child who suffered minor injuries was released after a couple of days.
Hardingham was charged in June last year with assaulting, ill treating, neglecting, and abandoning a child to cause unnecessary suffering or injury.
But she failed to appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court and cops are now on an urgent hunt to track her down.
Norfolk Constabulary have issued a warrant for her arrest.
A spokesman for the force said Hardingham is “still wanted”.
Officers are also trying to identify a woman who was driving a white BMW 1 Series and stopped to help at the scene, but had gone when police arrived.
Caroline Karimi-Ghovanlou, chairman of Taverham Parish Council told the EDP: “I was horrified to hear what happened.
“You don’t expect something like this to happen in Taverham.
“I’m shocked and only hope that the woman and child involved are alright.”
Norfolk Constabulary urged anyone who may have information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
Those with information should contact DS Richard Dickinson at Swaffham police station quoting NC-21042023-544.

West Ham set to step up interest in Evan Ferguson as Bayer Leverkusen linked with shock move for Ireland starlet
WEST HAM will prioritise a move for Evan Ferguson over Ajax’s Brian Brobbey.
The Hammers have been in talks about Brobbey, 22, this month.

But Ajax want a £25million permanent deal while West Ham prefer a loan with an option to buy.
Brighton have indicated they will let Ferguson, 20, leave on loan. Yet the Irons face fierce competition from Prem rivals and Germans Bayer Leverkusen.
Fulham and Bournemouth have registered interest in the striker.
But the Irons hope Graham Potter’s relationship could give them the edge.
Potter handed Ferguson his debut at Brighton, with the striker scoring one goal in his five appearances under the former Seagulls boss.
There are some concerns over Ferguson’s fitness, with the 20-year-old having suffered from persistent ankle issues after breaking into the Brighton team.
A move to Germany, to team up with Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen, would be appealing for the ambitious star.
Alonso’s troops are on the lookout for a striker with Victor Boniface set for a move to the Saudi Pro League.
Leverkusen are second in the Bundesliga, trailing Bayern Munich by six points.
Moment Ukraine launches overnight drone blitz on Putin’s oil plant sparking inferno in humiliating blow for Russia
UKRAINE blitzed one of Vladimir Putin’s biggest oil plants overnight in the latest humiliating blow for the dictator.
It came amid a major drone attack against a number of Russian oil and power facilities.
![Oil refinery engulfed in flames.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/lukoil-nizhegorodnefteorgsintez-kstovo-nizhny-967486218.jpg?strip=all&w=960)
![Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez oil refinery on fire.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/8bfcb4a2-367d-4a33-aed2-cf961c4787e6.jpg?strip=all&w=833)
The Kremlin’s fourth-largest oil refinery exploded into flames after being blasted.
Spectacular footage showed the Lukoil-owned Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez ablaze in Nizhny Novgorod region after it was hit by two long-distance military drones from Ukraine.
Russia’s defence ministry said 104 drones were involved in raids across the west, 11 of which were destroyed over the Smolensk region.
A major nuclear power plant was also among the targets – with air defence systems destroying a drone that attempted to hit Smolensk Nuclear Power Plant near Desnogorsk.
Smolensk region governor Vasily Anokhin said: “One of the drones was shot down during an attempt to attack a nuclear power facility.”
Smolensk Nuclear Power Plant is a key supplier of electricity to western Russia, and the same type as the notorious Chernobyl atomic station.
Debris from a drone “fell in the area of the Smolensk NPP”, pro-Kremlin Shot online media outlet reported.
Anokhin said the power plant – which has three reactors capable of generating 3,000 MW electricity – is operating normally.
The oil refinery in Kstovo is the latest to be hit in a concerted campaign by Ukraine to damage Putin’s oil infrastructure.
Residents heard the buzzing of drones followed by huge explosions.
Governor Gleb Nikitin said: “Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the fire, according to preliminary data, there are no casualties.”
The enterprise produces more than 50 types of commercial petroleum products, including high-quality automobile, aviation and diesel fuels.
It is a key supplier to the Russian military machine and produces some 15 million tons of crude oil per year – almost 5.8 per cent of all oil refining in Russia.
The destruction follows the suspension of work at Ryazan Oil Refinery after two Ukrainian drone strikes in the past week.
In total, Russian air defences destroyed drones over nine regions, nearly half of them over Kursk, where Russian forces are fighting to drive out Ukrainian troops that have occupied several villages.
It comes days after people fled as a huge fireball explosion ripped through another major Russian oil refinery.
Ukrainian forces last week blasted the Rostneft Oil Refinery in Ryazan with long-range kamikaze drones.
Towering flames and huge plumes of smoke could be seen rising from the site in footage shared on social media.
People ran from the scene as the inferno raged.
At least 20 drones targeted the Ryazan region, southeast of Moscow, overnight – striking the depot and a power station.

Former £15m Premier League star, 29, joins seventh tier minnows just five years after playing in top flight
EX-LIVERPOOL star Jordon Ibe has signed for Hungerford Town.
Ibe, 29, once lined up on the team sheets of Premier League sides such as the Reds and Bournemouth.
![Jordan Ibe of Liverpool playing soccer.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/jordan-ibe-liverpool-barclays-premier-213562581.jpg?strip=all&w=667)

However, the South London-born winger has now linked up with seventh-tier club Hungerford.
In a transfer announced on Tuesday, the club said: “Hungerford Town have completed the signing of former Liverpool and Bournemouth winger Jordon Ibe.”
On the move, Ibe said: “It is an honour to Hungerford Town for taking me in and believing in my dream.
“It is time to buckle down and show the ability that I still have. With hard work, it can take you anywhere.”
Ibe once cost £15million as part of a transfer between Liverpool and Bournemouth, a then club-record fee for the Cherries.
That deal was struck eight and a half years ago, and Ibe has starred for several different clubs since.
Following his time with the Cherries, which was heavily hampered by injuries, Ibe joined Derby on a free transfer in 2020.
His time there lasted just one season before he was left without a club.

Ibe then completed a switch to Turkish side Adanaspor six months later.
Having joined in January, Ibe was then once again left without a club in the summer.
This time he had to only wait until October to join his next club, non-league Ebbsfleet.
But he played just once for before being released the following summer once again.
In October 2024, Ibe signed for Hayes and Yeading in step eight of the English football pyramid.
However, this month has seen him picked up by step seven club Hungerford.
He also represented England at Under-21 level.
Manager Danny Robinson said of the deal: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome Jordon to Bulpit Lane. Jordon comes to us with a massive pedigree and wealth of experience.
“By his own admission he wants to get back going again and we will be doing everything we can to get him smiling and enjoy his football.
“A serious talent that we are all looking forward to seeing in a Hungerford shirt. Welcome Jordon!”
Ibe could make his debut as soon as this weekend in front of home supporters at Bulpit Lane as the club play Havant and Waterlooville.

Nintendo Switch 2 Experience invites are being sent out to fans – check your spam folder too
![Nintendo Switch OLED model with controllers and dock.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/switch-2-hands-on-locations_comp.png)
AS Nintendo revealed its next-gen Nintendo Switch 2 console, the company announced a series of hands-on events for fans across the world.
If you signed up for the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events, you may have received an invitation to attend in your inbox.
![Nintendo Switch 2 with controllers and dock.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/switch-2-hands-on-locations_comp-off-plat.png)
Online sign-ups for the in-person events were open from January 17 to 26, 2025.
Apparently, the lucky fans who have been selected at random to attend are already getting their invites via email.
Many Nintendo players took to social media to share screenshots of the coveted confirmation emails.
If you applied for a ticket, make sure your spam folder too, as the invite may have landed there.
Fans who were not drawn still have a second chance to attend, as waitlists will be available starting January 29, at 4pm ET for events in the US, and “soon” for the London event.
Even those who were not selected are receiving an email about the waitlists, which will open on a “first come, first served” basis.
Unfortunately, walk-up tickets won’t be available for these events, so the waitlists are the only second chance fans will get to grab one.
The first Nintendo Switch 2 hands-on events are scheduled for early April 2025 and will run at least until early June.
The series kicks off with events in New York on April 4-6 and Los Angeles, on April 11-13.
The London Nintendo Switch 2 Experience is also scheduled for April 11-13, 2025, at the ExCel centre.
