Micah, 46, received lots of well-wishes with Ben Richards writing: “Congratulations brother x.”

One follower said: “Massive congratulations!!!!! Thrilled for you all!!!!”

Another posted: “Congratulations welcome to fatherhood enjoy every minute x.”

A third shared: “glad they’re here safely!”

Micah and his partner Nat announced their pregnancy news last August, posting a teddy bear and a sign that read: “We’re expecting baby Balfour February 2025.”

While new mum Nat wrote that it was “our best adventure yet”.

The couple celebrated their fifth anniversary nine weeks ago. Nat said: “5 Years with my love, where’s the time gone?! Bring on the next 5 baby.”

The soap hunk had an affair with Cindy Beale, who is played by Michelle Collins.

She felt frustrated with her husband, Ian (Adam Woodyatt) and turned to Junior after becoming disillusioned with their relationship.

Everyone can see the vase of flowers but only a genius can spot the two faces hiding in this brainteaser in 7 seconds

THIS is the funky brain teaser to test your eye sight and powers of logic.

Everyone can see the two people and vase of flowers – but only geniuses can spot the two hidden faces.

Illustration of two people sitting in chairs outdoors, looking at a vase of flowers.
Pinterest
Only geniuses can spot the two hidden faces within seven seconds[/caption]

To be clear – we are not talking about the man and woman sitting opposite eachother in the chairs.

They are obvious.

There are two further faces obscured amongst the sketchy cartoon.

This puzzle is made more difficult by the rough style is uses.

This makes it more difficult to distinguish the objects from the background.

For example, the smoke from the man’s pipe seems to meld in with the shrubs and the sky.

It looks like the two characters are enjoying a nice afternoon natter outside.

The outdoor setting and kind of plants on show give it a tropical feel – it certainly doesn’t look like the UK.

How are you getting on?

Don’t worry if you still haven’t found the faces, here comes a clue.

It looks like the two characters HAVE noticed the elusive faces – unlike you.

If you really can’t see them, head to the bottom for the solution.

People who are able to solve the puzzle quickly possess good observational skills and high cognitive speed.

It tests your ability to process a high volume of visual information and the ability to concentrate under high amounts of pressure.

Psychologists at The University of Glasgow found that staring at an optical illusion can improve eye sight by allowing you to see small print.

How can optical illusions and brainteasers help me?

Engaging in activities like solving optical illusions and brainteasers can have many cognitive benefits as it can stimulate various brain regions.

Some benefits include:

  • Cognitive stimulation: Engaging in these activities challenges the brain, promoting mental agility and flexibility.
  • Problem-solving skills: Regular practice enhances analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Memory improvement: These challenges often require memory recall and can contribute to better memory function.
  • Creativity: They encourage thinking outside the box, fostering creativity and innovative thought processes.
  • Focus and attention: Working on optical illusions and brainteasers requires concentration, contributing to improved focus.
  • Stress relief: The enjoyable nature of these puzzles can act as a form of relaxation and stress relief.

Here’s the answer for those of you who are clearly not geniuses.

The hidden faces belong to strange body-less heads sitting on the people’s laps.

If you enjoyed that puzzle, why not try a few more?

As always, solutions included down below.

O Beach – a celeb hotspot owned by Wayne Lineker – will make its debut at the July event, with organisers promising the “unforgettable daytime experience” will arrive on home turf.

They vow UK gig-goers will be able to experience the club’s signature atmosphere “to the fullest” and said the new O Beach Club will “transform the huge on-site sand pit in to a unique beach club.”

They added it will be “complete with their [O Beach’s] iconic day beds, jacuzzis, cocktail bars and a stage as well as their globally renowned aerial shows.”

Previously, Shape Of You hitmaker Ed performed an impromptu set at the Ibiza venue, also adored by Love Island anchor Maya.

Three years ago, Ed kicked things off with his mega hit Shape Of You before launching into a karaoke session, performing I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys, the classic singalong Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond and Britney Spears’ Hit Me Baby One More Time.

Ed took things one step further as he belted out Backstreet Boys and launched himself into the 2,000-strong crowd of clubbers.

A slew of famous faces have been spotted at the White Isle hotspot since its opening in 2012, including Jason Derulo and Lewis Capaldi.

KSI and Conor McGregor were recently revealed to be some of the biggest spenders at the San Antonio venue – and the lavish ocean luxurious are now hitting the festival scene in Cheshire.

Tony Truman of O Beach added of the UK launch: “We have been wanting to host an area at a UK festival for such a long time but we wanted to ensure we had the right partners and of course ensure that what we could deliver was the same quality that O BEACH IBIZA has become known and loved for.

“We are so excited to be working with the guys behind Together Again and we are excited to bring O BEACH IBIZA to an absolutely perfect location for our ultimate daytime experience.”

Initial imagery shows a space adorned with palm trees and a huge stage, as well as sunbeds and lounge spots.

As well as being immersed in the full Wayne club experience, Together Again festival-goers will also be treated to performances from a stellar music line up.

Headliners Olly Murs, Jamie Webster and Dizzee Rascal will front the 2025 event running from July 25 to 27.

Also on the performers list are a diverse mix of multi-platinum UK and international acts -including Peter Doherty, Ocean Colour Scene, Diversity, Cat Burns, UB40, Jake Bugg and Scouting For Girls.

Rapper Professor Green, So Solid Crew, Lottery Winners, Nathan Dawe, East 17, Swim Deep, Gabrielle, Bradley Simpson and Sister Sledge ft Kathy Sledge will round off the impressive line-up.

Ticket prices start from £75 and are available at togetheragainfestival.co.uk.

Irish dad-of-two dies suddenly after falling ill on holiday with wife in Portugal amid tributes for ‘genuine gentleman’

AN IRISHMAN has passed away suddenly in Portugal after taking ill while holidaying with his wife.

Dad-of-two Padraic Staunton, 67, is believed to have fallen ill on Thursday January 16 while cycling with his wife Brenda during the break away.

Family members travelled over to the sun spot to be by Brenda’s side earlier this week as arrangements were made to bring Padraic’s remains home, according to the Meath Chronicle.

It has been confirmed that the retired pharmacist, who was living in Athboy in Co Meath but originally hailed from Louisburgh in Mayo, will be laid to rest next week.

A notice online said Padraic died “unexpectedly while in Portugal“.

It added: “Loving son of the late Joe and Breege and beloved brother of the late Anne O’Donnell, and son-in-law of the late Paddy Clifford.

“Sadly missed and remembered with love by his loving wife Brenda (née Clifford, Sligo), son Colm and his wife Aoife, daughter Emer and her husband Jono, brothers Tom, Joseph, and John, sisters Mary, Mairead, and Therese, mother-in-law Kitty Clifford, uncles Paddy, John, & Joe and aunts Margaret & Claire.”

The notice added that Padraic would be lovingly missed and remembered by his “brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, the extended Clifford, Staunton and Mc Myler families, colleagues, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends.”

Padraic will rest in repose at Mullen’s Funeral Home on O’Growney St in Athboy on Sunday from 6pm until 9pm.

And he will continue in repose at Sweeney’s Funeral Home in his native Louisburgh on Monday from 5pm to 8pm.

The funeral will arrive to St Patrick’s Church in Louisburgh at 11:30am on Tuesday for a service at 12 noon, with private cremation to follow.

Mourners flocked to pay tribute to Padraic since his sudden death earlier this month, with pals and former customers remembering him as a “genuine gentleman” who was “always there” for others.

A neighbour said: “We were privileged to have Padraic as a neighbour.

“A kind, gentle, solid, reliable man with a caring strength who appeared for us as a family in our own dark days.

“He always had a smile and words of reassurance. He will be greatly missed and our heart goes out to Brenda, the children and the extended family.”

Another mourner said: “Heartbroken on the untimely passing of Padraic. He was the pillar of Athboy community. Always a smile and willing to help. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.”

He was a friend to so many people that came through the door.”

Mourner

A third added: “Padraic was a gentleman whose kindness knew no bounds. I know he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.”

One person told how the sheer number of condolences left for the beloved family man “is a testament to his popularity”.

Another mourner admitted that it was a “great shock” to get the news of Padraic’s passing.

They said: “A really true gentleman and always a pleasure to meet Padraic either on land, pier or sea.

“He will be missed by many but the memories we have of Padraic will always bring a smile to us.”

A former colleague described Padraic as “an absolute gentleman”, adding: “He had a quick wit and his knowledge on so many things taught me so much in my time there and I have some great memories.

“He was a friend to so many people that came through the door and always took the time to help and offer advice.

“He really made a mark on the town of Athboy and surrounding areas and will be sadly missed by so many people.”

Pokémon TCG Pocket trading: how does it work and how to get Trade Tokens

Illustration of Pokémon trading card game app interface showing card trades.

THREE months after the game’s launch, Pokémon TCG Pocket has finally added a trading feature.

Trading dropped with the latest update to the app, so if you still don’t have it activated on the Social Hub tab, head over to your phone’s app store and manually update.

Trading has finally made its way to Pokémon TCG Pocket[/caption]

The much-requested feature lets players exchange cards with their TCG Pocket friends, helping them get rid of duplicates and grab cards they haven’t collected yet.

The Pokémon Company has promised that trading is coming in a future update ever since the game released.

The Trade option is displayed in the app’s Social Hub, next to Friends and Community Showcases but it was greyed out until today.

Pokémon TCG Pocket trading comes with some restrictions, and there are a few rules you should know before you start exchanging your precious cards with other players.

Here’s everything there is to know about trading in TCG Pocket.

How to trade in Pokémon TCG Pocket

Here are the basic steps to initiate a trade in Pokémon TCG Pocket:

  1. Go to the Social Hub tab in TCG Pocket and then select Trade.
  2. From the Trade screen, tap the Trade button and select a friend to trade with.
  3. Then, choose a card you wish to offer to your friend.
  4. Your friend will have 2 days to respond to your trade
  5. Check back the trade screen to see your friend’s response
  6. View the card they’re offering and tap OK.

You won’t be able to start another trade until the first one is resolved, expires, or you terminate it before your friend responds.

Only like-for-like cards can be traded, which means cards from the same rarity, and if you trade a card with flair, your friend must also send a card with flair.

Each successful trade consumes Trade Stamina, one unit per trade, regardless of card rarity.

If your trade is declined by your friend or you cancel it before they accept, the stamina point and the card you offered are returned to you.

Trade Stamina recovers one point every 24h, up to a maximum of 5 stamina points.

Screenshot of a mobile game screen showing a trade stamina recovery timer of 21 hours and 3 minutes.
The Pokémon Company
One point of Trade Stamina takes 24h to recover, but you can spend Trade Hourglasses or Gold to speed up the process[/caption]

There are extra stamina slots for recovered stamina points when a trade is unsuccessful.

You can use the new Trade Hourglasses to reduce the time required to recover trade stamina.

These can be obtained by completing missions that reward them, but we’re yet to see these added to the game.

Of course, you can also spend Poké Gold to recover stamina, but it costs real money.

How to enable trade offers from other players

The option to Suspend Trade Offers may be enabled by default, so if you want to allow all players on your friend list to send you cards, here’s how to turn it off.

Tap the main menu button and select Other; then tap Settings, scroll down to Suspend Trade Offers and tap the toggle to turn it off.

The Pokémon Company
Suspend Trade Offers must be set to “off” if you want to receive trade offers from other players[/caption]

You can turn this back on at any time if you want to stop receiving trade offers.

How to get Trade Tokens in Pokémon TCG Pocket

Cards of three- and four-diamond and one-star rarities consume an additional resource called Trade Tokens when they are traded.

Three-diamond rarity cards require 120 Trade Tokens, while four-diamond cards will use 500 Trade Tokens.

Cards of one-star rarity require 400 Trade Tokens to trade them, and cards of two- and three-star and crown rarities are not tradeable at all right now.

To obtain Trade Tokens in Pokémon TCG Pocket, you need to exchange them in the same way you do to obtain flair.

Illustration of Pokémon TCG pocket trade tokens.
The Pokémon Company
To get Trade Tokens you have to sacrifice, aka exchange, duplicates of your cards, in the same way you obtain flair[/caption]

To exchange a card for Trade Tokens, select a card that’s at least of three-diamond rarity in the My Cards tab.

Tap the Obtain Items button and select the green Trade Token icon.

Just like with flair, you need to have at least three copies of a card to sacrifice one for Trade Tokens, as you must be left with two cards or more after the exchange.

The amount of Trade Tokens you receive per card depends on its rarity.

One- and two-diamond rarity cards cannot be exchanged for Trade Tokens, while three- and four-diamond cards earn you 25 and 125 Trade Tokens per card, respectively.

You get 100 Trade Tokens for each one-star card you destroy, and 300 for two- and three-star cards.

Cards of crown rarity can also be destroyed for a whopping 1500 Trade Tokens per card.

Some special cards cannot be exchanged for tokens, regardless of their rarity, such as the rare immersive Mew card.

Not that you would want to destroy cards like this one, anyway.

TCG Pocket trading rules

Here are some additional rules to keep in mind when trading in Pokémon TCG Pocket.

Promo cards cannot be traded at all; these include special cards obtained from the shop, campaigns, missions, wonder pick events, and promo packs received as rewards during battle events.

Collage of Pokémon trading cards.
The Pokémon Company
Promo cards are off-limits when it comes to trading[/caption]

Item cards like Potion, Professor’s Research and Poké Ball, also count as promo cards and cannot be traded.

As we mentioned, cards with flair can be traded only for other cards with flair from the same rarity.

You can select flair and the language of the cards, if you own the same card in multiple languages, from the Edit Card option before sending it.

That’s everything you need to know about trading in TCG Pocket

For more on the game, check how Pokémon TCG Pocket’s devs warned players of bans ahead of trading’s launch.
