‘Ryanair hate this jacket’ shoppers show how to pack for a 10-day trip in your COAT & it even fits under the plane seat

WHEN it comes to flying on a budget airline, having to shell out for extra luggage significantly increases the price.

So people are constantly thinking up clever ways to get around the restrictions – with a new one leaving shoppers stunned.

And the nifty hack is so good that “Ryanair hates it”, according to the manufacturers.

They took to TikTok to demonstrate how the FlyOn jacket works, as the video began with a woman wearing the coat in question as she walked through the airport.

While it looks like any other trench from the outside, it’s actually lined with pockets – inside which is enough space to fit almost all of your belongings.

In fact, it can carry up to 15.4lbs in weight – the same amount as a standard carry-on.

In the TikTok, the woman was seen loading tops, trousers and accessories into the coat, before zipping up the pockets.

“Holds everything you need for a 7 to 10 day trip,” the makers wrote over the top of the video.

And you don’t need to worry about getting pulled to one side, as it also “goes smoothly through security control”.

Once on the plane, the traveller popped the coat into a handy bag, before showing how it comfortably fit under the seat in front of her.

“You will never find a better way to avoid carry-on fees while travelling,” the caption read.

“Light and effortless!”

People were quick to praise the jacket in the comments section, with many insisting they needed to buy one for upcoming trips.

“Best idea ever, this!!!” one wrote.

“BRAVO!! This is when our intelligence stands against (bad) rules!!” another added.

“I truly wanna buy this,” a third said.

“So…… a wearable bag?” someone else questioned.

“Yeahhhh that avoids carry-on fees, makes you travel hands free, it’s water proof, and wind breaker,” they replied, calling it “so multifunctional”.

“And in the summer????” another asked.

“In the summer you put it in the SmartTote to get to the airport and take it out only to pass the gate!” they responded.

Not everyone was on board with the jacket idea though, with one writing: “Paying for a flight and than not wanna pay for luggage is ridiculous!”

“What I think is ridiculous is to pay €20 for the flight and €240 for the carry on,” they hit back.

“7 days i don’t think so!” another added.

“It depends on how much you pack but I have traveled for 10 days with it,” the manufacturer insisted.

“All that will happen they will charge for large jackets,” someone else said.

“You’re just shifting the cost onto everyone.”

“According to International standards, you don’t pay for what you wear,” the FlyOn pros insisted.

The jacket is available to buy for £222, through a Kickstarter project page.
