Cody Rhodes is known for his resilience and heart, which led him to dreamland in WWE. He fought against all odds on the road to WrestleMania 40 to ‘Finish The Story’ and win the Undisputed WWE Championship in one of the most memorable fashions.
However, Rhodes once again finds himself on a road to WrestleMania full of hurdles. At the 2025 WWE Elimination Chamber, he found himself subjected to a hellious beatdown at the hands of The Rock, his new accomplice who shocked the world with a heel turn, John Cena, and, unexpectedly, popular American rapper Travis Scott.

The trio attacked him after he declined The Rock’s offer to sell out. However, Travis Scott did something that was not intended the way it happy. While he was all excited after the segment, he may not like what is next in store for him in the global juggernaut.
What was Travis Scott’s reaction after the events of WWE Elimination Chamber PLE?

Travis Scott has become an integral part of WWE. His popular song “4×4” became the official theme song of Monday Night RAW after its debut on Netflix with the show featuring multiple celebrities and stars, including Travis Scott himself, who appeared as part of Jey Uso’s entrance. Moreover, his other song, “FEID” will be the official theme song for WrestleMania 41.
The rapper was announced to appear at the 2025 Elimination Chamber PLE before the show. He appeared at the end of the event, coming down to the ring with The Rock to confront Cody Rhodes. During the beatdown on Rhodes that followed, Travis Scott unintentionally slapped Rhodes too hard on his face.
This led to the American Nightmare suffering a ruptured ear drum and injury to the eye. On the other hand, Scott was all smiles and full of excitement backstage in a video shared by Triple H on X.

He was jumping around the gorilla position and was congratulated by everyone for his presence in the segment. Lastly, The Final Boss, The Rock, also came out to show appreciation to his new accomplice, who could possibly be with him on a regular basis on WWE television moving forward.
Cody Rhodes might be out for revenge against Travis Scott

As mentioned, Cody Rhodes was legitimately injured at the hands of Travis Scott at the WWE Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event. This could possibly see the current Undisputed WWE Champion coming after the award-winning rapper and taking his revenge by inflicting serious damage on Scott on the road to WrestleMania.

Apart from Travis Scott, Cody Rhodes has other bigger problems to worry about following the aftermath of the Elimination Chamber event. The first man standing in his way is the heel John Cena, who won the Elimination Chamber match to earn the right to face him for the World Championship. Cena abandoned every principle he lived by and finally showed his evil side to the world.
On the other hand, Rhodes also has to deal with the man who is backing Cena and who holds influence and power in his hand, The Rock. The Final Boss was a roadblock in Cody’s path last year at WrestleMania, and the same is the scenario this year at The Show of Shows.
With Cody Rhodes embarking on another difficult road to WrestleMania with multiple powerful foes, it remains to be seen if he will be able to walk out of Las Vegas, Nevada, with his title reign intact.
