One-year-old boy rushed to hospital after falling from window in Glasgow

A ONE-year-old boy has been raced to hospital after falling from a window in Glasgow.

Mercy crews scrambled to the scene in the Knightswood area of the city after the alarm was raised at around 12.35pm yesterday.

The baby was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow where he is being treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries.

Police enquiries remain ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

A Police Scotland spokesperson told STV: “Around 12.35pm on Sunday, March 9, 2025, we were called to a report of a one-year-old boy injured after falling from a window.

“He was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for treatment to serious but not life-threatening injuries.

“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
