Lately, The White Lotus has been earning quite a bit of attention, as its third season continues to progress and take the form of some of the most baffling plotlines in the story so far. Nearing its end now, the currently ongoing third season of the series has only two episodes remaining, and actor Patrick Schwarzenegger has revealed he won’t be watching them with his parents.

Playing one of the most despicable people on the show as a really annoying and wannabe character, Schwarzenegger has done an epic job nonetheless. However, when it comes to watching the show with his parents, the actor recently confessed that he won’t be watching the season’s finale with his famous parents, which is pretty much the show’s most risqué episode to date.
Patrick Schwarzenegger won’t be watching The White Lotus S3 finale with his famous parents
Out of all the seasons released of the show to date, season 3 might as well be considered the most risqué edition of The White Lotus to date. And Patrick Schwarzenegger, who embodied the wealthy, insecure, wannabe businessman main character of Saxon Ratliff, isn’t too keen on streaming the final moments of the same with his parents for fear of what they might think after seeing him.

During a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, he made his intentions clear about the same when host Drew Barrymore brought up the topic by playing a video of the Gen V star’s mother and the former wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, asking him, “What episode of ‘White Lotus’ are you most nervous for me to watch?”
“I think every single one you’ve been in is nervous for me to watch,” Shriver added to her question before going on to say about her son’s n-de scene, which shockingly came about right in the season opener. She revealed, “You keep saying, ‘That’s not me, that’s a prosthetic.’” But what was even funnier than Shriver’s remarks was the Midnight Sun star’s response.
Answering his mother’s question as candidly as he could, Schwarzenegger responded:
It was a little nerve-wracking watching the first episode with my whole family because I do take some clothes off. But I think some upcoming episodes I’m going to watch without them.
Well, that does close the door for the Schwarzenegger family even so much as deciding to have some quality family time and stream those remaining few moments of the season of the fan-favorite dark comedy satire drama series together. And well, his decision is only understandable, since 1) His character isn’t the most lovable on the show, and 2) Not everyone is comfortable with their parents seeing them get explicit, even if for the screens, so that’s that too.
Patrick Schwarzenegger knows what to do if he gets cornered into a family viewing party

As embarrassing as it may be for Patrick Schwarzenegger to have his parents view not-safe-for-work scenes of him on the screen—even if they are on one of the most popular television series on streaming currently—the 31-year-old actor has ostensibly made it evident that he won’t be watching the final two episodes of season 3 with his parents, no matter what.
This was clear from his response when Barrymore asked what The Staircase star would do if he were to get cornered into a family viewing party, nonetheless. Schwarzenegger said he would prefer to “definitely take a bathroom break” before things got too awkward. Schwarzenegger said,
The next episodes, they’re crazy.
Well, that’s a heads-up, for sure. So Patrick Schwarzenegger is looking forward to streaming the soon-to-be-released remaining two episodes of the ongoing third season of his show, which will conclude the said season, by himself? Seems like it. And, for the record, if you were considering viewing it with your family, you might as well take this as an advisory warning for yourself!
The White Lotus can be streamed on HBO Max.
