ALFREDO MORELOS has been criticised by his OWN manager after picking up a NINTH red card of his career.
The Rangers hero’s boss reckons the striker showed a lack of self-control after reacting after being called FAT by an opponent.

Morelos, 28, is now with Atletico Nacional in his homeland.
He returned to Colombia after an unsuccessful spell with Santos, having joined the Brazilian club after leaving Rangers in 2023.
Nacional took on Morelos’ former club Independiente Medellin in a bad-tempered derby this week.
The fiery encounter finished 1-1 with Nacional having two players sent-off.
Morelos was shown a straight red card in the dying minutes after lashing out at an opposition defender.
It’s the first time he’s been sent off since being dismissed playing for Rangers against Hibs at Easter Road in 2022.
That was one of FIVE red cards Morelos was shown during his time with the Light Blues.
Morelos was once shown red cards five times in one season when he played for Rangers in 2018/19.
The latest dismissal saw Morelos snap towards the end of the game by lashing out at an opposition defender.
The incident came after Morelos had been repeatedly on the receiving end of ‘fat gestures’ from Independiente goalkeeper Washington Aguerre.
In a running battle between the pair, Aguerre was seen making signs towards his stomach area while clashing with Morelos.
The striker then appeared to take his anger out on an opponent late on.
In the aftermath, Nacional manager Javier Gandolfi warned the fiery striker he had to be more restrained.
He said: “Although Alfredo was clearly provoked, he has to show more respect on the pitch and behave himself.
“Both sets of players should have behaved better, actually.”
And Morelos’ teammate Juan Zapata hit out at Aguerre.
He said: “This is a guy who doesn’t know what the derby means here and seemed to want to take centre stage by making gestures at Alfredo.
“He had no business making those signs.”
