Lassen County Fair Manager Bill Payer said so far he’s been contacted by three possible contractors regarding the stock car racing at Diamond Mountain Speedway., and he’s busy meeting with them. Payer said a decision about a contractor for the speedway has not been made, and he’s willing to meet with anyone interested in contracting to operate the speedway and discuss the matter with them.
