CHANTEL Bellew’s heartbreaking last photo taken weeks before her death has been revealed.
The TV dancer, who made it to the quarter finals of Series 13, tragically passed away in hospital aged 34.

In the last snap, posted on January 7, Chantel was seen beaming on a day out.
The young dancer made Ant and Dec crack up on BGT with her military themed routine with other back up performers.
The hosts broke into laughter when her costume was ripped off by two male dancers to reveal a Union Jack bodysuit.
Chantel also won over the nations’ heart when she taught Strictly star Anton Du Beke how to tap dance.
She posted a clip at the time and wrote: “Great day teaching Anton some tap.”
