There are several shortcuts in Atomfall‘s Interchange facility that you can use to get around the quarantine zone. This includes a sneaky way inside Skethermoor Prison that will lead you directly to an important NPC who may be able to provide you with an escape route. To open this shortcut up, you’ll need to operate a crane. Unfortunately, the keycard that gets you inside the Crane Control Room is missing.
