Yeah… there’s going to be a new James Bond in town (we don’t know exactly who) and he is going to be different from all the other versions of James Bond (we don’t know how) that have existed till now.
A report stated that the upcoming James Bond will be given a complete overhaul, and it will be a ‘fresh’ Bond. That is exactly why we think Chris Hemsworth will make a better choice as Bond compared to Henry Cavill.

Amazon brings in a ‘fresh’ take on James Bond
Amazon co-partnered with Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson in a bidding war, and it was announced that a new James Bond will be introduced soon.

In a recent presentation at CinemaCon (via BBC), Amazon MGM executives Courtenay Valenti and Sue Kroll talked about their upcoming project with James Bond.
Although they didn’t go into much detail, the executives mentioned that the upcoming film will honor the legacy of the original character while bringing in a newer version of the 007 Agent.
We are committed to honouring the legacy of this iconic character while bringing a fresh, exotic new chapter to audiences around the world alongside Amy and David.
The world is a little scared about this new and fresh take on the character of James Bond, especially with how things have been going at the box office recently (looking at you, Snow White).
The ‘fresh’ take on James Bond is the reason why we have changed our sides a little and are now voting for Marvel star Chris Hemsworth to become the next James Bond in the upcoming project.
Chris Hemsworth should be the next James Bond
Although we had been contending for Henry Cavill to be the next James Bond (some of us still are), it seems that the recent announcement by Amazon MGM Studios might have shaken things up a bit.
For a while, let’s compare Chris Hemsworth and Henry Cavill for the role of James Bond. While Cavill is known for being a gentlemanly actor oozing suaveness fit for James Bond, Amazon’s comments may have some ramifications for the actor.
With Amazon’s remarks on a ‘fresh’ James Bond, it seems that Marvel star Chris Hemsworth fits perfectly into that scenario. The actor has a younger look and is known for his action scenes in movies like Extraction and 12 Strong.

We saw Henry Cavill portraying the role of a CIA agent in the 2015 film The Man from U.N.C.L.E. No matter how hard he tried, Cavill has a very suave look and is very flexible with his movements. Henry Cavill can even make running with a gun look gentlemanly.
Chris Hemsworth, on the other hand, is an actor who knows how to be raw. From starring in films like Thor and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, we know that Hemsworth has a certain wild appeal to him that doesn’t make him bound to anything. Hemsworth can portray a wild role and be a charming gentleman in the next scene.
Suffice it to say that Hemsworth has that certain ‘exoticness’ about him which makes his movements rigid (more real), raw, and makes the audience feel his every move (just look at Extraction). You can imagine Hemsworth running with a gun in his hand as sweaty, tired, and jaw-clenched, ready to kill.
On the other hand, you can imagine Henry Cavill wearing a suit with a pistol in his hand and having a swift run in the streets of Europe with no tiredness and/or sweat. So naturally, Hemsworth has that ‘raw’ feel to him, which might make him a better star for Amazon’s ‘fresh’ take on the role.
The charismatic actor’s looks put him right at the top of the James Bond chain and makes him a perfect candidate for the role of the 007 Agent. The actor is somehow ‘fresh’ (which is what Amazon wants) while Henry Cavill, on the other hand, seems like a better fit for a traditional James Bond.
However, nothing can be confirmed or denied at the moment as the world patiently waits for a James Bond film. Fans will have to wait and see whether this new and ‘fresh’ James Bond can affect the legacy of this iconic character.
