Kanye West may have shared a significant relationship update on his latest album, WW3.
One of the album’s tracks titled “BIANCA,” which dropped on Thursday, April 3, features lyrics hinting at a potential breakup between West, 47, and his wife, Bianca Censori. “Bianca, I just want you to come back / Come back to me,” the rapper says in the song’s chorus. “I know what I did to make you mad / Bianca, I just want you to come back.”
In the song’s chorus, West adds, “My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital ‘cause I am not sick I just do not get it.”
West also teases that the reason for their alleged split was because of his controversial and antisemitic social media rant earlier this year. “She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted,” he says in a verse. “Until Bianca’s back, I stay up all night, I’m not going to sleep.”

He continues to express his desire to make amends with Censori, 30, at the end of the tune, stating, “Don’t know what I did to make you mad / Bianca, I just want you to come back / Want you to come back to me.” (Us Weekly has reached out to West’s reps for comment.)
The album’s cover art is seemingly an alarming reference to his antisemitic social media posts, as the album art on Genius features a red swastika over a black background. Back in February, Shopify shut down West’s Yeezy website after he aired a commercial advertising a T-shirt with a swastika on it during Super Bowl LIX. In a series of since-deleted X posts that same month, West praised Hitler and claimed he had “dominion” over Censori, whom he wed in 2022.
“I have dominion over my wife. This ain’t no woke as feminist s***. She’s with a billionaire,” he wrote in reaction to her nearly-naked 2025 Grammys red carpet look. “Why would she listen to any of you dumb a** broke bitches. People say the red carpet look was her decision. Yes, I don’t make her do nothing she doesn’t want to.”

He added, “She definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without my approval, you stupid a** woke pawns. I have no respect or empathy for anyone living ‘cause no one living can f*** with me, but I do love some people and I give them favor.”
West’s rep, Milo Yiannopoulos, called the narrative that West is controlling toward Censori “hysterical and absurd” in a February 10 statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “There is a person controlling what Bianca Censori wears. The name of that person is Bianca Censori.”
Days later, Yiannopoulos denied rumors the couple had called it quits in another statement to THR. “Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together. Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press,” he shared. “Is this the fifth or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track”
Bianca Censori Denies Posting About Kanye’s Days-Long Social Media Rant
West’s controversial posts resulted in his X account being deactivated, being dropped by his talent agency and a lawsuit from a former Yeezy employee who claimed they were fired after complaining about his antisemitism. (Us previously reached out to West’s reps for comment about the February lawsuit.)
Amid the social media aftermath, West could also be facing a custody battle with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. A source exclusively told Us last month that Kardashian, 44, is “considering” filing for “full custody” of their four kids — North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.
“She is in a very tough position when she really has to coparent with him,” the insider explained. “Right now he is very distracted and she does not want to say anything bad about him, but the safety of her kids is what is [motivating this consideration].”
A second source told Us that Kardashian “is worried” about West’s social media activity creating “problems for their children.”
