When it comes to acting, Jonathan Majors has a number of projects that solidify his status as a remarkable actor. But Kang the Conqueror was easily one of his biggest roles, and just when he was about to fulfill his Marvel dreams, an accusation changed his life overnight.
A former girlfriend brought forth some very serious accusations, after which he was dropped from the then-titled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

Along with the movie, his reputation also took a major hit, with the media questioning his every move. Now, Keke Palmer has erupted another media storm by inviting Majors on her podcast.
Fans, however, feel that she has long been celebrated for her outspoken stance on protecting women from abuse. Not to forget, this was something she went through herself. But now with Majors making an appearance on her show, fans have found themselves in a heated discussion.
Keke Palmer is facing huge backlash for hypocrisy over Jonathan Majors’ interview.
Keke Palmer has been getting a lot of heat (as per Buzzfeed) for her decision to invite Jonathan Majors on her podcast. This has also left many fans questioning her judgment, as she has always been quite vocal about women’s rights as well as domestic abuse. But now with Majors (who has been accused of assault and harassment by a former girlfriend) making an appearance, everyone is confused.

In her podcast Baby, This is Keke Palmer, the episode titled No Easy Answers: Accountability and Moving Forward with Jonathan Majors will be available to Wondery+ subscribers on April 8. The description of the said episode mentions accountability, acknowledging the complexities of forgiveness and justice in today’s culture.
However, the choice of guest has overshadowed the conversation itself. Many are also looking at it as a contradiction to Palmer’s previous stance on abuse. There’s no doubt that Majors was once a rising star in Hollywood, but after his conviction, things have not been in his favor.
Despite the accusations, he has still maintained his innocence, and while the industry has separated itself from him, people like Michael B. Jordan and Whoopi Goldberg have shown their support for him. After his interview with The Hollywood Reporter, appearing on Palmer’s podcast would be his second attempt to rehabilitate his image.
Fans, however, on the other hand, are not on board. Many have erupted with frustration and have called out Palmer’s hypocrisy, given her own legal battle against her ex, Darius Jackson, whom she accused of domestic violence. Though the social media personality is yet to respond to these comments
Keke Palmer finally speaks out on her relationship with Darius Jackson
In an interview with The Cut, Keke Palmer shared how her relationship with ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson fell apart. All of this started when Jackson publicly criticized the outfit she wore to a Usher concert. After that, things only got worse with accusations of domestic violence and a custody battle over their son, Leo.
Keke Palmer was granted a restraining order against him in 2024 due to her violence claims. And in the same interview, she admitted that she never expected to become a public voice for abuse survivors but realized her story resonated with many.

She also added that when she looks back at their two-year relationship, she often made excuses for his behavior because she wanted to see the best in him. But all of this changed when she had her son in 2023, and she realized that she had to leave before things took a bad turn.
While she made these claims a while back, with the ongoing podcast interview with Jonathan Majors, fans have been left confused and frustrated. Now, only time will tell as to what she replies on the matter and what actually unfolds in the podcast.
