A TEEN has appeared in court charged with murdering his dad in a knife rampage that left a woman and a ten-year-old boy injured.
The horror unfolded at a home in Brighton at 7.30am on Tuesday as neighbours heard a child screaming: “No, No! Stop. Help! Help!”

Emad Samir Botros, 57, was found with significant head injuries and was declared dead shortly after.
A woman, also 57, and a ten-year-old boy were rushed to hospital after also being injured in the bloodbath but have since been discharged.
Emad’s son Fabio Botros, 19, has now been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court today where he spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address.
Botros was remanded into custody to next appear at Lewes Crown Court tomorrow.
Horrified neighbours told how they heard “loud screaming and shouting” coming from the three-bedroom home.
A child was seen banging on an upstairs window urging locals to call the police.
Botros, who is known to the family, was arrested at the property following the horror.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Cullimore said: “This was a shocking and tragic incident, and our thoughts are with those affected and their loved ones.
“Through our initial enquiries, it has been established that the victims and defendant are known to one another, and that the weapons involved are believed to be two knives and a hammer.
“We recognise the impact this incident has also had on the local community, and we want to reassure members of the public that charges have now been secured and we are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation.
“Our officers remain in the area conducting enquiries, and we are grateful for the support and patience of the public.”
