As the One Piece series moves forward, more details about the mysterious powers will be revealed, and fans have a lot of hope with Elbaph, as it already features a legendary Devil Fruit within the narrative.
The most powerful Devil Fruit in One Piece feels impossible
Although there are many powerful Devil Fruits, many One Piece fans believe that the strongest Devil Fruit will have the power of the Mother Flame, the source of unlimited energy in One Piece. This speculation originates from the Vegapunk theory about people manifesting Devil Fruit powers into existence, and just like others, someone might have manifested the Mother Flame Devil Fruit.
However, there is still some confusion around the Devil Fruit’s manifestation theory. The first one is that if these powers originate through manifestation, anyone and everyone can manifest different varieties of Devil Fruits into existence, making them the most basic power that would have lost its significance within the One Piece storyline.
The only way such powerful Devil Fruits can exist is if they are manifested collectively, which could turn their desire into reality. But this won’t work in the case of the Mother Flame Devil Fruit because there are very few characters in One Piece who know about this power. Thus, Eiichiro Oda won’t create this ability as it would defy the logic behind Devil Fruits and would hurt the narrative.
