Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne revealed her Pug Harvey passed away following a battle with cancer and American Bully Kryo needed emergency surgery, but didn’t survive the operation.
Leigh-Anne previously came under fire for owning Kyro who had chopped ears – a procedure to make the dogs look fiercer.
The pop star faced a backlash after her husband Andre Gray bought Kyro from a vile dog breeder who sold mutilated puppies as part of a sick trend for celebrity owners.
The procedure, known as docking, is banned in Britain.
Cane Corso and American Bully puppies have their ears cut into a point so they look fiercer when older. But it is painful and stops them from communicating properly.
Leigh-Anne‘s husband Andre said at the time that neither of them agree with the op.
He leapt to her defence over Kyro, adding that the pup’s ears’ being cropped was not their decision, and just because he got the dog as a surprise for her it didn’t mean they supported the procedure.
Cruel Simon Davis illegally cropped the puppies ears with razor blades before selling them from his Lions Lair business for up to £7,000 to celebrity clients.
Dog beahviourist Debbie Connolly said: “It is irresponsible of these celebrities.”
Earlier this year Leigh-Anne delighted followers when she revealed she had adopted a stray Cane Corso bully puppy.
She shared a video on TikTok of the moment he was found tied to a post.
Leaigh-Anne revealed he was abandoned and had no chip, and the owners couldnt’ be located.
She offered to adopt him if he was safe around her twins and Harvey and Kyro.
She said: “I was sceptical at first because you don’t know what he’s been through or what he’s come from.
“But he’s just a puppy who needs love …
“And my goodness is just an absolute dream”.
She wrote alongside her video: “Meet Louis”.
Fans praised Leigh-Anne for taking him in, with one writing: “Imagine going from horrible owners to being adopted by an international superstar!”
Another said: “Who could do that what a beautiful dog! Least he’s got a new loving home now” and Leigh-Anne replied: “Forever”.
