Harley Quinn is one of DC‘s longest-running animated series, and the project could very well return for more after taking a detour from its regular stories for season 5. Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy’s relationship is the beating heart of the show, and to explore a new chapter of their relationship, DC decided to move the action from Gotham City to Metropolis. Harley Quinn season 5’s finale served as a great way to put the characters on a new path, but also could serve as a series finale if the show does not come back for season 6.
