A MAN’S body has been pulled from a river in the Scottish Highlands.
Emergency crews raced to the scene in the village of Beauly, around 30 miles from Inverness, on Monday afternoon.
The alarm was raised at around 12.20pm.
Sadly, the body of a man was recovered from the River Beauly near the Black Bridge.
Officers confirmed that there are no suspicious circumstances around the death.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said:”Around 12.20pm on Monday, 31 March 2025, the body of a man was recovered from the River Beauly near to Black Bridge, Beauly.
“There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
