Chapter #198 of Chainsaw Man revealed that the Death Devil was actually Fami the whole time and that she was merely using her sister’s name as an alias. While the reasons why the Death Devil would trick people into believing she was the Famine Devil aren’t exactly clear yet, what is clear is that the twist is another masterstroke from series creator Tatsuki Fujimoto.
