Will this ever end? Florida man Manzaro Joseph is accusing music mogul Sean Combs of trafficking, humiliating, and s*xually assaulting him during one of Diddy’s infamous “freak-offs” at a 2015 birthday party for Diddy’s son, Christian Combs. The alleged incident is already shocking enough on its own, but what adds an extra layer of controversy is the involvement of some very familiar names—JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Gloria Estefan, and LeBron James.
Joseph claims that he was drugged and transported to the Star Island estate in Miami, where he was humiliated in front of numerous high-profile figures. Manzaro claims that LeBron James, JAY-Z, and Beyoncé were among the celebrities who witnessed his abuse that night. However, recent statements from their teams strongly deny their presence.
LeBron James Denies alleged involvement in Diddy’s ‘freak-off’ party, calls lawsuit ‘demonstrably false’

The details in Manzaro Joseph’s lawsuit are chilling. He claims that after being drugged and brought to the party, he was subjected to degrading acts, including wearing a black leather mask and being paraded around by Diddy and others. He also alleges that he was shamed and humiliated throughout the evening, with Diddy even reportedly shouting (per TMZ):
He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!
Joseph’s legal team is suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan (who allegedly owns the mansion where the incident occurred), and several other individuals involved in the event. The lawsuit claims that multiple high-profile individuals, including LeBron James, witnessed the horrific scene.
In response to these allegations, a spokesperson for James has firmly denied that he was present at the party. According to his team (via TMZ), the NBA star was nowhere near Miami in April 2015. The spokesperson clarified,
This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.
Given LeBron’s tight schedule and the fact that he was heavily involved in basketball during that time—specifically, playing in the NBA playoffs—it’s clear he couldn’t have been at the party, let alone witnessed the alleged events. The spokesperson emphasized that these claims are completely unfounded and don’t hold water.
What about the other celebrities: Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Gloria Estefan

LeBron James isn’t the only celebrity named in the lawsuit. The claims also involve Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Gloria Estefan. However, representatives for all of them have firmly denied any involvement.
Jay-Z’s attorney responded to TMZ’s inquiry, stating that the rapper wasn’t even in Florida at the time, as he had a TIDAL speaking engagement in New York City on the date of the party. Meanwhile, Gloria Estefan and her husband, Emilio Estefan, have provided evidence that they did not host any parties at the mansion in question during the time frame alleged by Manzaro (via TMZ).
They’ve also gone as far as to state that the property was never used for any parties between 2012 and 2019, further discrediting the claims.
There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.

As the case continues to unfold, it’s clear that the involvement of these celebrities is being heavily contested. Legal teams for those named in the lawsuit, including Diddy’s and those representing the other stars, have all called the allegations false and absurd. Sean Combs’ legal team issued a statement calling the claims “depraved” and said that the lawsuit was a baseless attempt for attention and financial gain.
No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.
Whether the case proceeds to court or is dismissed remains to be seen! As it stands, the focus remains on Diddy and the alleged events at that infamous “freak-off” party. With accusations swirling and legal teams gearing up for a courtroom battle, we’ll have to wait and see how this case unfolds.
However, it’s important to NOTE that not all headlines are created equal, and many of these accusations seem to be unraveling under scrutiny. Time will tell what comes of this, but for now, it’s safe to say that LeBron James—along with the others—was nowhere near that party!
