Man’s bin bath helps him overcome PTSD

Ex-Royal Air Force engineer Martin Lynch has been suffering from PTSD after previously serving in Iraq and the Middle East, and he says spending up to 15 minutes covered in 1C water in his 240-litre wheelie bin has helped him overcome it.
