Like most modern live-service games, Fortnite also features a rather robust Twitch integration. Players can claim a series of ‘drops’, which translates into in-game items (such as cosmetics) by simply watching and/or streaming Fortnite.
However, the process is a fair bit involved and requires the linking of multiple accounts in order to be eligible for the same. Some of these drops are also time-limited, meaning that they will expire after a while.

Regardless, a full breakdown of the entire process can be found discussed in the section below.
All Fortnite Twitch drops

All known Twitch drops for Fortnite (as of the time of writing this article), can be found listed in the table below:
Twitch Drop | Contents | Requirements | Expiration Date |
---|---|---|---|
Command Executor Pickaxe | Command Executor Pickaxe (weapon) | Watch Fortnite on Twitch for 1 hour total | March 31, 2025 (4 AM UTC) |
Klassic Combat Wraps | Raiden Lightning Bolt Wrap/Scorpion Flame Aura Wrap/Kitana Fan Swipe Wrap | Watch for 30 minutes/1 hour/1.5 hours total | April 4, 2025 (4 AM UTC) |
Lil’ Armored Truck Emote | Lil’ Armored Truck Emote (emote) | Watch Fortnite on Twitch for 2 hours total | April 8, 2025 (4 AM UTC) |
These drops are currently active, and offer a series of freebies to grab (in addition to the usual paid bundles) and collect for all players – no restrictions here. However, do keep in mind that these drops require players to actively watch Twitch streams of Fortnite to grab them – so grab a seat and watch your favorite streamer!

Additionally, this particular quest requires players to have made a Twitch account in advance. Make sure to create one if you have not already. With the Twitch account ready in place, head on over to the official website, and log in using your credentials.
To proceed even further though, players will have to link an existing Epic Games account to Twitch. Once linked, the drops should automatically be transferred over to your Twitch Drops inventory page. Simply head on over, and claim them to have it added to your Fortnite Locker.
While Drops are redeemed instantaneously, in certain edge cases, they might take up to 14 days to show up on your account. Consider contacting Epic Games support if they continue to remain missing.
When do the Fortnite Drops change?
There is no surefire way of telling when a particular Fortnite drop might change. After all, it remains entirely up to Epic Games’ discretion on the matter. However, it has been well-documented that these Twitch drops are mostly refreshed during certain promotions.
For example, collabs or seasonal bonuses will almost most certainly change these drops, so players are advised to keep themselves updated for all things Fortnite.
