A CRACK addict sex worker who murdered her boyfriend with a kettle was caged for life.
Twisted Elizabeth Sweeney, 36, battered Neil Jolly to death with the kitchen appliance then went out to score drugs covered in his blood.
Cops eventually found the dad-of-three’s body in the bathroom of his high-rise flat covered in a duvet.
His injuries were likened to a car crash victim’s.
At the High Court in Aberdeen Judge Andrew Miller locked her up for at least 18 years.
He told Sweeney: “You murdered Neil Jolly by inflicting murderous blows in what must have been a prolonged and sustained assault.”
The beak revealed the horrific murder had caused severe distress for the dad-of-three’s family.
And he blasted Sweeney for partying after she clubbed Neil to death.
He said: “You did nothing to get help for Neil Jolly or arrange for his body to be recovered. Instead you appeared to have spent that weekend giving little thought to Neil Jolly’s fate.”
Neil’s devastated mum Sheila believes Sweeney took advantage of her caring but lonely son.
It’s thought the addict forced Neil, 49, to wander the streets while she met clients at his flat.
The pair met after Sweeney fell asleep on a bus and he gave her cash. They started a relationship but he was spotted with bruises and told pals she was abusing him.
He was last seen alive on June 23 2003 but Sweeney continued to come and go from his home.
She was even caught on CCTV going for a ten hour drinking session with another man.
When she called cops to report what she’d done she claimed she woke up to find Neil raping her. But waited three days before raising the alarm.
Forensic tests found no evidence that he had attacked her. A jury didn’t believe her story and nailed her for murder.
His mum Sheila, 78, called for her son’s killer to be caged.
The granny said: “I want to see her locked up forever.
“She’s a user and a hard-faced bitch. I wish he had never met her because he would still be alive today.
“He was lonely and vulnerable and trying to help her and she took advantage of that.
“You read about this in the paper and see it on TV but you don’t expect it at your own door.
“No family should ever have to go through what we have.”
