Pokemon Legends: Z-A may be shaking up the series’ formula in more ways than one after its predecessor, Pokemon Legends: Arceus, established a new gameplay loop for players to experience. While the core of Pokemon Legends: Z-A may revolve around exploring Lumiose City’s Wild Zones and capturing critters by day, the latest trailer for the game revealed that by night, things are a different story entirely. After the sun sets, players can engage in battles with other trainers participating in the Z-A Royale tournament, but one new mechanic could turn these battles on their head.
