One of the most exciting stories from Marvel Comics could be coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in Avengers: Doomsday. For most of the time that the MCU has been in existence, the franchise has not been able to access and use certain characters from the Marvel Comics. In fact, these restrictions were a bit part of the reason they used lesser-known or less popular heroes like Iron Man and Captain America to launch the franchise. However, when Marvel Studios was acquired by Disney, one of the biggest entertainment companies in existence, it slowly regained the rights to its most popular heroes, like the X-Men.
