RTE Fair City viewers were all left saying the same thing as Gwen attempted to expose James’ “sleazy” behaviour.

Tonight, Mondo noted the pressure Joan has been putting Melanie under as she continues to pretend she’s stressed over her upcoming exam.
While James convinced a nosy Gwen that what she witnessed with Fidelma was an awkward blind date.
And he refused to resume his informant role due to low pay, despite pressure from Fidelma.
Still believing his lie, Gwen threatened to expose James’ embarrassing blind date to all unless he loaned her the money to pay Joan.
And desperate to keep his Garda connection quiet, James gave in to Gwen’s demands.
Meanwhile, Melanie snapped at Jess when she innocently inquired about her exam prep, arousing Jess’s suspicions.
But her mood was shifted after Mondo offered her an extension on her stay after the exams.
Later, James was relieved when Gwen deleted the evidence of his connection with Fidelma, leading him to up the price of his work with her.
And Joan admitted a grudging respect for Gwen’s resourcefulness when she paid her debt in full.
RTE viewers were all left complaining about Gwen and James’s behavior after tonight’s episode.
Ciara said: “Gwen belongs on a shelf with a bag of lemons she is so bitter.”
Sylvia remarked: “Have they all forgotten that James was a sleazy sugar daddy until he ran out of money?”
Another viewer added: “How will James lend money he doesn’t have?”

Elsewhere in Carraigstown, Dean surprised everyone after he decided to cancel his trip at the last minute.
And Mairead was grateful for Damien’s support network and decided she will stay intact.
Later, she was left heartbroken after Dean admitted how hard being in her presence is for him.
Despite his ache for Maired, he vowed to uphold his promise and be there for Damien.
Staying true to that, he handled himself well after Damien tried to play matchmaker.
BIG BIRTHDAY
Elsewhere on the show, Cass was stunned when his family flew in his beloved friend and member of the Choctaw Nation, Gary Waylon Whitedeer, as a birthday surprise.
Seeing Cass in his element Sean, Kira and Orla were proud of the party they threw Cass.
After all the fun, a grateful Cass vowed to celebrate every birthday to the fullest.
Ending on a warm note, Gary reminded Cass of how fortunate he is to have loving family and friends.
