The Los Angeles Lakers were able to get a big win against the Memphis Grizzlies, and it took big games from Luka Doncic, LeBron James, and Austin Reaves to get the job done. Doncic finished the game with 29 points, eight rebounds, and nine assists, and had some big plays throughout the game to help the Lakers get the win. One of those plays was trying to keep the ball inbounds after diving for it, and after the game, Doncic kept it real about how he was feeling at the moment.
“I’m so over this sh*t,” Doncic said.
It was evident that Doncic had a long night, but the Lakers were still able to get the win and stay in the tight Western Conference race. With just a few games remaining, it was important for the Lakers to get a win like this, especially against a team that’s fighting for a better seeding as well.
Doncic has been a big part of the Lakers’ success over the past month, and when the postseason arrives, he should reach another level that should help the team.
Lakers trying to find a groove down stretch of the season

The Lakers have been one of the hottest teams in the league over the past few months, but recently, they’ve been on a rollercoaster. After the game, head coach JJ Redick spoke about the win and how he was able to get his stars to rally together.
“We challenged all three of them when we get to their three-man actions to play with a little more force and a little more thrust and a little more creativity,” Redick said via ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.
Reaves was the leading scorer of the game with 31 points, and he knew that the meeting with Redick was big for their win.
“I think the meeting was just still trying to build that chemistry amongst the three of us to help the team be successful,” Reaves said. “Tonight, it just showed that when we play the right way and trust one another, especially offensively, we can have open looks on almost every possession. … It was really just a conversation about how bad all of us want to win and win at a high level.”
The season is almost coming to an end, and the Lakers are in prime position to be the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference, but it’s going to take a stretch of wins to do so.
